Side delts...

I have little to no size on my side delts, other than doing side lat raises, what else do you guys know to do for them, anything?
 
start injecting all your gear in your side delts.......for some reason it works for me regardless of what gear it is......
 
I sit down on the edge of a bench, lean forward w back straight and looking straight ahead of u, put ur legs infront of u and feet 90 degrees to thigh, put db's between heel and bench, start with both hands in hammer position while they are down there, and as u lift them have fist facing outwards, elbows bent and raising ur elbows up and lateral, and bring to throat height

Yep, that's an excellent exercise to bring the delts out.
 
while I was typing it I realized how hard it is to verbalize an exercise with visual help, lol glad it made sense

Yea it made sense, I know what you're talking about, I'll give it a try...Nothing can hurt, my shoulders are the weakest part of my body
 
like biggness said, wide grip upright rows bro, they work perfect. superset with seated side laterals, but lift the dumbbells all the way above your head.

that and try running the rack. pyramid up then go back down. lift to failure

i like doing isolation movements first then hit your presses second to last. its a good way to shock the shoulders into growth

its almost like raising a can of beer up and dumping it on the ground, simulate that same movement? is that how your explaining the movement metal?

haha yeah I guess that could explain the upper part of the movement, I mean if you wanna pour a lil out for ur homies, and ur albows would be higher doin the exercise, but close lol
