I know this should be in the hgh/igf forum but I wanted to get alot of views by the members here on the board.

this is something i have been doing for about 2 weeks now, and I have noticed some really good results. Try doing your hgh in the middle of the night. like when you get up to go to the bathroom (say 1 or 2 am). The reason it seems to work (on paper) is because insulin levels are nice and low. For some reason hgh always seems to work better (on me) when my blood sugar levels are lower, and the middle of the night when you havent eattin for a few hours seems to works best. give it a shot...so im doing something like this...

humalog 5-6iu's post workout (everyday, take in morning on days off)
igf 1 (pre workout)
cjc1295/ghrp-2 (at bedtime)
hgh (in middle of the night) (3-4 iu's)

wouldnt it be even lower when you wake up in the morning before you eat anything?

the reason for middle of the night is so you can have a few hours after you take it for levels to be low to...
