Try concentrating on those negative reps once bro. Let the bar down slowly and use enough weight that u have to fight it going down. Keep the muscle contracted as the bicep lengthens to full extension.

its just wats readily available at my house, i have a bowflex for home use, u can use dumbells actually would prefer dumbells for this seems freee weights build faster idk have heard so much back and forth on machines vs weights butt the bowflex adds another challenge in maintaining balance some new to the machine havve trouble lifting as much as they do free
if using dumbells just position ur bench at incline and as u go from set to set switch the angle u push the weights out with starting with high medium and no incline. theres another thread i made with exact details under chest bulk exercise
