well when it rains it pours i suppose, my knee was having problems, wich seem to have gotten better, but now my left wrist is sprained, and the best part is i woke up like that,no idea how it happened, but i can bend it for shit, had chest today and it wasnt pleasent to try to push weight with a sprained wrist, i hate injuries, especialy ones where i have no idea where they originated from,

Rest it Presser-gotta heal bro-little tweaks can turn into 6 months off quick-I think maybe Choke taught Fly a few UFC Hoyce Gracie Specials!!She'll probably use the same move to put that ring on YOUR finger!!LOL-
 
Damn - sorry to hear it. presses of all kinds will hurt now. Rest that wrist... ice it at night... take some advil for inflammation. you should be good in a couple weeks.

I'm most sorry that everyone already made all the obvious jokes, though. *chuckle*

one thing i wouldnt do is wrap that sucker up real tight with athletic tape, i had almost the same exact shit happen to me awhile back and i taped my wrist thinking i could get my workouts in. Well the sucker took forever to heal and it still bothers me on some lifts
 
Be careful with that sprain

I sit here now with a cast on right arm due to a fractured wrist. There was a collission between me and a teammate who I called off a flyball but did not listen. My wrist on my glovehand was bent back and now I will be in a cast all summer because of a small crack. I;m trying to find some machine excercises that I can do since I can't curl or grip with my right hand(keep it clean guys, no dirty cracks :) ) If i is still hurting, get it checked oit to prevent any damage down the road. I had to give up a job interview ( I work with compters because of this to let it heal.
 
Presser, Where exactly is the pain in your wrist? If the whole wrist hurts does one place feel more tender than the other?
 
I did that last year doing reverse curls, the best thing is to just lay off the weights for a week or two.
 
time for a week off....I can always tells cause I will get a new injury everyday until I just say F*ck it and rest.
