Started CyberSolutions IGF R1 today. At the request of CyberSolutions and several members of this board that are interested in the effects IGF R1 I am going to be posting my results every couple of days or so.
Some background on me. I am 33 years old, 5'9'', and currently weigh 240lbs. My off-season weight is about 265 lbs, but having just competed in the Arizona State and the USA, I am still in between contest weight (225 lbs) and off-season weight. I have been bodybuilding for 16 years, using AAS for the past 10 years, HGH for the past 6 years, and insulin for the past 2. I am very well versed in all of these substances, however, am a complete rookie when it comes to IGF. As a matter of fact, until CyberSolutions started to sell it, I really didn't even know what it was. Through some research on this board, Professional Muscle, FitnessGeared, and Animals board, I was able to gather enough information that I felt comfortable to order the 1000 mcg bottle and come up with a dosing plan for the next 28 days.
All AAS from my contest are out of my system at this time. I decided to stay on 250 mg of Sustanon per week for the duration of my experiment with IGF R1 just so that I can have optimal test levels while using the producty (as opposed to none which I would have right now after a 6 month cycle)
I am going to be running the IGF in the following manner:
20 mcg in the am and 30 mcg in the pm - post workout
Sun-Mon-Wed-Fri
25 mcg in the am - non-workout days
Tues-Thu (I will take Sun off from the IGF)
This is a total of 250 mcg per week = 1000 mcg in 28 days
I am going to keep eating as I have been post contest, which is pretty much like shit. Protein will still be at 350 grams, but carbs and fat will be through the roof. My hope with the IGF is that I am able to retain how lean I currently am, while putting on some quality mass and not gaining any fat. Usually after my contests I blow right back up to 260 lbs with in 6 weeks.
I will keep everyone posted on my results. As I said, I am only taking 250 mg of Sustanon per week, and I have used GH and insulin for years (not on right now though) - so I should be able to tell exactly what the IGF is doing for me. I'm pretty excited about this. I'll keep everyone posted. If anyone else is experimenting with IGF R1 at this time, let's all keep a running info line going on dosing, etc to see what kind of results everyone is getting
