The wheels are starting to fall off.
Hanging with the bro's last night and sitting in a chair, and the back of the chair gives out and I fell back and caught myself--in the process polished off my back like squats couldnt. lol can't win.

Hopefully it heals up back to normal pain by Wednesday.

2 sessions left in this block. then plan on taking 2 weeks off to let it recover (2 weeks off from anything loading that area)

Why? Its just some pain.
no i mean almost falling out of a chair is super dangerous. i once watched a girl when i was in school try and sit down and she hit the edge of the chair and ended up slamming her ass on the ground. and she could not move. they had to bring in an ambulance. scared the shit out of me
