Still cant kill this GUT!

OK Fellas, its been 10 weeks now, 10 weeks of absolute HELL trying to loose this fat. I go on a trip every Memorial Day, I want to be in my best shape then and this year I fell short, WAY short. I still seriously have got to knock of 8-10 lbs of pure body fat. Ive been busting ass at cardio, find myself wanting to give up on dieting cause no fat loss is occuring (why bust ass week by week if you arent getting results?) Ive used Clen/ECA/Yohimbe/Appetite Surpressant... the works. Im going to ride my current program out through the end of this month and then HAVE GOT to loose 8 lbs. Heres the question. Do I go ahead and hit the Clen/T3 combo with a super clean diet and even more cardio, if Im getting results(fast) Ill stay with it for however long it takes. OR do I go ahead and use DNP at 200mg/day for 12 days? Ive read up on DNP for a few hours the last few days, the only thing that concerns me is my afternoon job, its not exactly "cold" in there, probably 88 degrees, warehouse, no AC, but Ive got a fan and LOTS of cold water if needed. Plus I could put a cold towel around my neck to keep cool. Im just looking for opinions here. Muscle loss is not an issue right now, I dont even care about the muscle anymore. The fat is outweighing the muscle! If needed I WILL take pics with no pose to show just what Im talking about! SO what is it? CLen/T3.... or DNP?
 
i would try clen and t-3 combo first...are you cheatin ever in your diet? if not maybe you should for a day to keep that metabolism moving..post your diet,cardio and trainin for us lets tweak it..
 
post cardio 1/4 apple, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 20g shake w/water
Post workout 1/4 cup oats, 42g shake/water
12:00 4 boiled egg whites salad/20g shake/water
2:30 tuna salad, 20g shake/water
5:00 chicken mixed veggies
7:30 chicken mixed veggies
10:00 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 20g shake/water

I did cardio first thing AM for 35 mins, intervals on a track outside in a RAIN SUIT to sweat myself to death. that was what I ate today, I lifted for 50 mins, that included abs, bis, tris, and obliques
I used 150mcg of clen today, yohimbe, and caffiene
 
What if I ran Clen @ 120mcgs/day and T3 @ this dose for 3 weeks? 25/25/25/50/50/50/75/75/75/100/100/100/75/75/75/50/50/50/25/25/25 mcg/day.

How much muscle would I honestly loose? What about CEE will that help me to hold onto a good bit of muscle? Im mostly focusing on fat STILL for the 3rd straight month. Im going to hit test/eq/winny in july. Ill find LOTS of new muscle there!!!
 
i dont go above 25mcg on the t3 bro, im just wierd and i guess most people do, but this dosent happen overnigth, mayb e go up to 50mcg on the t3 saty there for a week and then report back.......u dont wanna end up hurting yourself over this, slow and steady..itll come off
 
dude it didnt take you five minutes to put your gut on so its not gonna take five minutes to take it off. it takes some pros over 20 wks of perfect diet and training to get shredded and i garuntee you havent been doign that.

everyone hits plateaus and gets discouraged. the thing is consistancy. dont quit. cuz you havent done shit if you quit except do the samething you;ve done in the past which is quit. its a lifestyle change . this means for the rest of your life.

t-3 clen willw ork. but you gotta remember the more muscle youhave the more fat you;ll burn so you dont wanna loose muscle.

whats your diet like and cardio regime.
 
My experience is that my body adapts and my metobolic rate changes depending on what I eat. So when I try to bulk, it gets harder and harder to gain ANY weight over time (clean or not), and when I try to drop some fat, the first couple of weeks are great and then it gets harder and harder to lose weight.

Having a few cheat meals to keep your metobolic rate from changing is important.

I am actually planning to start going with shorter cycles and go from bulking to cutting (using a lot of primo to help with gains when I am cutting).
 
you gotta constantly throw changes at your body. high carb days , good cabrs tho, low carb hi fat hi protein days etc... try different things because your body is incredibly amazing at adapting. it doesnt wanna die so it adjusts.
 
SC I have spoken to you numerous times, If you feel like you want to give dnp a try I will help you every step of the way. BE safe and I also suggest using some T3 on dnp. DNP makes your t3 levels drop so using 25-50mcg's of T3 on a dnp cycle will help the dnp work at peek performance.
 
I say your in too big a hurry. 10 weeks isn't shit. If you burn more calories than you eat you dip into stored fat cells for energy. Its really that simple. Doing it the easy way with drugs just plain sucks. Your body will store up everything you touch after the drugs are gone because nothing adjusted. Its not like you have to get that last bit of fat quick for a upcoming show. Your getting results your body is just going into a storage mode, it will end if you keep pushing. Even when you loose the fat you'll have to diet even harder than now to keep it off, unless your planning on taking drugs the rest of your life. By which you'll look like a skinny crackhead in 5 years. I say do it the right way, but if you decide not to, good luck.

I can tell you this if your doinf interval for 30 minutes, its not high enough intensity. Get a weight vest and up the intensity, i do intervals and after 15 minutes i collapse and throw up sometimes exp when doing suicides with the vest. Intervals are BALLS OUT, leave nothing left when its said and done. After saying that, you wanna little extra fat burning? Do steady, low cardio for 30 minutes after 15 minutes of all out crazy intervals where you wanna die to end the damn thing and this will help. Doing this is the equivalent of doing over 1 hour of slow , steady cardio. Try it and let me know what you think. Also, did you ever buy a heart rate monitor? Doing cardio is worthless unless you know where your heart rate is. Thats like saying i'm driving to Washington but i dont have directions, you'll make it but your not doing it efficient ly. Try these things and see if it doesnt help.
 
the intervals I have been doing is running 1/8 mile at about 80% speed and then walk the other 1/8 mile and repeat for somewhere between 34-37 mins, not counting my 1/4 mile warm up walk. On other days I mow a few yards in my neighborhood. I wear a sweat suit when mowing, the thick, non breathable kind so I really sweat my ass off. I do two yard a week Tues/Thurs first thing AM and it takes one yard 30 mins to do and one 35 mins to do. I feel I get a better cardio session mowing than I do running! I have GREAT cardio vascular endurance, I really dont get winded too easily. I went through a 2 month physical training assessment last summer and was running 2 miles in 16 minutes. It really takes a lot of running for me to get drained! I feel pretty lean today, I changed my PM salad to just 4 boiled eggs. They fill me up pretty good and after them I dont want nothing else to eat anyhow. How good/bad are boiled eggs? I can eat a dozen a day EASY. I voted against DNP tonight at work. At 8pm it was 92 degrees inside our HUB. DNP isnt going to happen AT ALL. After memorial day, I might try Clen/T3... Im going camping memorial day Fri-Mon... I have NO diet plan other than getting in 3-4 protein shakes a day anything else is FAIR game, Im Def. gonna have a carb cut-off though. I plan on boiling 3 dozen eggs to eat throughout the weekend. And actually we stay REALLY active while on our mem. day trip from 7 am till 2 am NON STOP! So I know Ill be burning cals.
 
guys if you are building muscle you dont want to do that much cardio. you have slow twitch muscle and fast-twitch. The more cardio you do it changes the fiber of your muscle. slow-twitch muscles fibers contract more slowly.
 
Thats b/c your running and NOT sprinting. Your supposed to sprint NOT run. Try changing that, i dont believe you can sprint for that length for time, run yes, sprint no.
 
unless your doing intervals... intervals are good. that can change up your regiment without making drastic change and get more results. your body adjusts to that too. Then your norms change. (every change is an adjustment)
 
Whole eggs aren't good at all for cutting, actually its bad I think. Why are you wearing a sweat suit? Take that damn thing off unless your getting ready for a weight-in the same / next day. You're just eating too much for fast results. Don't be eating 3 dozen whole eggs in one weekend and post, "Still cant kill this GUT!" Glad to hear you decided against the drug. When you're looking back on it in your 60's you will also. Good luck.
 
Try using some R-ALA or Metformin to keep your blood sugar nice n stable. Also do you cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and run an ant-e, adipose tissue is breeding ground for estrogen.
