OK Fellas, its been 10 weeks now, 10 weeks of absolute HELL trying to loose this fat. I go on a trip every Memorial Day, I want to be in my best shape then and this year I fell short, WAY short. I still seriously have got to knock of 8-10 lbs of pure body fat. Ive been busting ass at cardio, find myself wanting to give up on dieting cause no fat loss is occuring (why bust ass week by week if you arent getting results?) Ive used Clen/ECA/Yohimbe/Appetite Surpressant... the works. Im going to ride my current program out through the end of this month and then HAVE GOT to loose 8 lbs. Heres the question. Do I go ahead and hit the Clen/T3 combo with a super clean diet and even more cardio, if Im getting results(fast) Ill stay with it for however long it takes. OR do I go ahead and use DNP at 200mg/day for 12 days? Ive read up on DNP for a few hours the last few days, the only thing that concerns me is my afternoon job, its not exactly "cold" in there, probably 88 degrees, warehouse, no AC, but Ive got a fan and LOTS of cold water if needed. Plus I could put a cold towel around my neck to keep cool. Im just looking for opinions here. Muscle loss is not an issue right now, I dont even care about the muscle anymore. The fat is outweighing the muscle! If needed I WILL take pics with no pose to show just what Im talking about! SO what is it? CLen/T3.... or DNP?
