Still cant kill this GUT!

ummm after memorial day i am up to 190!!! Not exactly a "cut" diet. Beer, booze, and all the worst foods you could possible imagine for 4 solid days. Im sooo bloated. I should have this burnt off by the end of the week though. Ill start Clen/T3 this comming up monday. Im just going to take the muscle loss just to kill the fat, then in a month hit that test/eq/winny cycle to put some lean mass on.
Fonz, whats your call on the T3/Clen? As far as doses, diet, cardio?
 
For the T3 i would go with something like 2 days on and 1 day off 50mcg for 50 days and for the clen i would get MC clen and run it straight for the 50 days not cycleing it. It will still promote fat loss after the 2 wek period just take benadryl for the recpetors.

With the T3 make sure you eat plenty fo protein to help save muscle. For cardio i would go with a a split like this; 1 week do 3 long, steady cardio first thin in the morning for a min of 45 minutes and 2 days of intervals for 20 minutes. then the next week do 3 days of intervals and 2 days of long, steady. I'll write more tommorrow about the diet.
 
WOW, 50 days huh? I was thinking something along the lines of 21 days @ 25mcg/day for the T3 and 120mcg/day for the Clen. Of course I was going to do day 1-3 @ 12.5 mcg and day 19-21 at 12.5mcg. Point is that Ive never used it and shouldnt really need a lot and I dont want to loose much mass. Im using Cee right now and pulling about 320gs of protein per day.
 
True, each person reacts differently. Run the T3 at 25mcg and see how your body responds to it. See for me i dont have to run anything near that amount to for me but every1 reacts differently.
