That is rough. It's tough to make the hard decisions. You did right by him, I've seen people drag things out hoping something will work and the animals will get better. I think you made the right call not letting him suffer and ending it swiftly.
I've had to put pets down also. It has been a long time, but it is not an easy thing to do.

I really do appreciate it. I do like the family vibe here, it puts me at ease. I've looked at other sites and didn't much care for it. It seemed like there was allot of bickering and unnecessary flat out disrespect.

I will always stay honest with y'all. The way I see it is that everyone is looking our for one another. How an i supposed to ask for meaningful help if I am holding back or not being honest? It's would be a absolute waste of everyone's time and consideration.

I am taking the morning off from the gym to get some work done. I need to hit the grocery store today. My fridge is way too low.

Breakfast
Protein shake with coffee
Steel cut and rolled oats with fresh strawberries and Pecans. I will be adding ⅓-½ cup Ripple milk.

No eggs this morning. I had a late night hunger attack and ate my last 4 hard boiled eggs.
@Catfishlips Very nice job on this man. The eggs are a great source of protein and fats just make sure its high quality eggs. It needs to be free range and Humane friendly.

Sorry I made it mosof the way through my breakfast and remembered to take a picture.
We do get high quality eggs if we purchase them. I have a buddy that pretty much supports our family's egg habit. It works well for both of us. I do, or help him with project and he pays with eggs and good conversation.

4L scrambled eggs with home made Carnita sausage dusted with hard cheese.

@Catfishlips Seems like your diet is getting better and better, make sure you're getting the highest quality food. It really makes a difference. Your muscles don't want to be fed by junk food.

I just placed my order with PSL and I will be adding some Var to my cycle. I'm open to suggestions, but I figured I will start with 20-30mg/day for 3-4 week at the beginning of my cycle. Maybe use what I have leftover for the end of this run, or the beginning of the next.

So the embarrassing thing is... I was listening to the Hardcore 2.0 podcast and realized that I really don't know how to flex my muscles for pictures. It probably sounds silly, but I've really only did it for my wife and my boys when they were little.

@Catfishlips mobster is a photographer so he would be able to guide you on this.

also you can always hire a coach. there are a few at my gym so i know they are around who will work with you
 
They sure do give me gas, but I just deal with it or take gas relief. I didn't know that was why that happened.
@Catfishlips the other issue is overcooking eggs. when you do that it ruins the nutrition in the yolk. i would light cook them in a few drops of raw coconut oil. also with eggs always make sure they are high quality. don't eat those cheap walmart eggs, you gotta get the ones with that humane friendly stamp. that means the chickens get sun (vitamin D) are eating worms and seeds off the ground and are happy. those are the best eggs.

@Catfishlips bro you should watch vids of competitions and see how they flex. you gotta show the muscle off like a real man. it easy to do

Good deal on the Var, I may start at 20 just to see how I feel. This will be my first experience with orals.
Food has been pretty solid, boring at times. We are celebrating a graduation this upcoming week. I will be smoking pork and brisket, and chicken. I will try to pass on the sauce, or ill make my own. I love cooking.

Thanks for the info. I've never thought about loosing nutes on eggs. I am aware of a decrease when you cook certain vegetables.

This is a brand I've been getting for a while now. They are pretty solid. I am fortunate enough to have a Natural Grocery nearby, that is about the only place I get eggs.

Thanks ceo, I suppose I would just like to have a nice physical log of myself to see the changs.

This will be much first experience with any oral, I'm probably going to start a 20, and go up if I am responding well.
