I'm right handed and for whatever reason my left side is bigger and stronger than my right. I've been trying to get my right side to catch up, but can't seem to get it. How do you guys pick up the slack if you have the same problem?

i have the same problem, i though about training only my left side for about 6 months 2 see if it changes. anyone else?

i have been doing 1-2 extra sets with my left arm for the last 8 months or so, and notice a MINISCULE difference in growth speed. im almost thinking about training my right arm once every two weeks. and left every week.

Same boat here. I've been trying to keep to exercises where your arms work independently so the one can't "lean" on the other for support, i.e. dumbbells or machines with separate handles. That is seeming to work for me albeit slowly.

This is why I love Hammer Strangth equipment, it always allows to use one arm movements instead and I can squeak out a few more reps on the lagging side

i've heard people use syntherol to even up muscle. personally i've never used it just on one side since i dont have that problem but some people do have that problem and use it that way. it's stretches the facia and allows the muscle to grow naturally as u work out. i'd be interested to see if it works for u. all the best!

lol yeh i use to have injecting anxiety! but if u follow the procedures for injecting syntherol to a tee it should be fine. the best thing u can do for yourself is the research beforehand. i've done a few cycles without aas and i've still managed to keep my gains because the muscle is all natural.
