This is unlike me, but Im just drained. So im going to listen to my body. yesterday was a low carb day(only 50grams), and I did Chest, abs, and 2 cardio sesions, plus training others. Spent 12 hrs at the gym.
Sounds like you deserve it bro, listening to your body is more important sometimes and with you in contest prep, I know it's hard to do. But in the end you will probably be better off
