The Dr in one of my classes said thermoschock therapy is great so I will be attempting this, you do heat, like hot shower or soak in a bath than ice right after words. I did it once so far, both my wrists are killing and I can only do the icing on one at a time so Im working on the right than the left.

I have heard anecdotal stories of it speeding up recovery. I also do not know the science behind, but some people claim it helps.

Hey guys, it was something to the effect of the heat dialating the vessels getting more blood to a place that already gets low amounts, and by shocking it with the cold it makes the endocrine system hop in like crazy

did u do this yet? Im curious because my elbow has been killing me for a few weeks now, especialy in the morning, it hurts to pick things up and i can barely make a tight fist without my elbow KILLING ME

Metal, since the ice and anti inflammatories arent working im wondering if you are experiencing TFCC. The TFCC (triangular fibrocartilage complex) is a segment of cartilage in the wrist joint. The TFCC is considered the 'wrist meniscus,' because it functions very similar to the knee meniscus. The TFCC is also prone to cartilage tears that can cause symptoms of wrist pain and clicking or catching sensations.
Only an MRI would tell for sure.

Oh wow yeah that sounds like the right one, with the clicking and catching

if thats the case it can only be repaired surgically. these days if you can find a talented sports med doc he can do it through a wrist arthroscopy

if i remember right most of your pain was radial. typically TFCC carries pain more ulnarly but its possible

yeah it is radial, but I had it on the left wrist for like 6 or 7 months than it went away so im hoping for the same with the right, prolly hard to lose while lifting heavy though

Apply IGF directly to the area if you can handle it. That's what I did with my shoulder and it helped it out tremendously, my shoulder was starting to hurt the same way it did when I messed up my rotator cuff, it'd pop and click almost when I would move my shoulder around
