I'm gonna have to tweak my total overall macros as my blood sugar is still staying too high. As soon as I get some things lined out starting this week I will post from my MyFitnessPal account and let you guys know what's going on. Also the new gym finally opened in my hometown and I was able to get in a great workout Saturday with my son. I'm still having to go slow that's if I get too hot I start that stupid coughing again. But I'll take this little progress as I'm getting it beats not doing anything
