First I want to thank MuscleChemistry for the sponsorship. I also want to thank Chris, Nuk, and CH3N02 as well as all the others with positive motivation and critique. My trainer is very happy and says I'm spot on. He also wants me to add another entire meal each day and make some other changes. Starting on posing as well as music and routine next week. dude your veins are gonna look narly when your close to contest, they already look like a paul dillet type freaky veins. Awsome!
 
Definitely getting some vascularity to you, everything is coming together. You'll be really looking good in like 6 weeks, but each week will make a big difference
 
13 weeks out? How would you do it? All at once? Split up?

oh yeah. Shit ive been doing cardio since I started my diet(18 weeks). You see that shit hanging over your shorts on your back pic. That has got to go. lol. If I was doing your prep you would be doing 2 a days on Cardio a few days out of the week. Dont be scared to get in shape.

So what would you say I should change my cardio routine to?? My only chance is to come in as shredded as possible.
