Only had a few minutes to take a few shots so they aren't the best, but I'm staying leaner and this is the strongest I've ever been. I'll get more pics this week

Looking much thicker, and very lean for 257lbs. Chest looks more filled out, lats thicker and wider. Arms look great on the front lat spread, and front relaxed. On the front bi shot, you look like your left arm is bigger than the right. But, could be the angle of the pic. Also, very vascular...Great job, I can see you doing very well in your next show..

Thanks alot guys. For some reason with my arms in the front double bi they look very thin. My arms are within 1/4" of each other, maybe I'm not angling them correctly. I appreciate the kind words. I'm going to get some leg pics as they have progressed more than anything.

The wife is doing great. I'm having to hold her back a bit, she loves the heavy weight. She's getting her whole body lasered at the moment so she is self conscious about being pale. I'll see if I can get some pics of her up.

i had a friend that got his arms lasered and ended up burning and scarring his skin! it turned into a mess, but if turned out right it would be great not to worry with hair !
