The lower back is still holding water, but I feel good about where I'm at. My strength is very good. I start cycling to very low carbs three days a week in a few days. Weight is 218

Actually see the most changes in your back since last pics. Cuts are starting to come in more.
 
Definitely right on pace. You look really good for 6 and a half weeks out. Abs are coming in really fast so are the cuts in your legs
 
I have become very flat since lowering carbs again and stopping the Dbol, but I want to make sure I'm in shape. I upped the test to compensate for the Dbol, but I haven't noticed the fullness I had on the Dbol especially in front.

D-bol is doing me nice too after cutting down a bunch. Starting a lean bulker and just over a week in I can see some fullness coming in from the dbol. Of course upping my carbs back some what has helped too, weight is coming back but I'm nice and lean this time. Got too chunky last go round and decided to cut up some.
 
Thanks guys. Strength is coming back for some reason, but I thought at this point it was time to up the test to compensate for the Dbol. I'm only doing 1ml of Sust, 1ml of Deca, and 1ml of Tren EOD along with 50mg of Proviron a day. I'm doing Adex ED also along with 150mcg of IGF preworkout. My two guys are both saying to lower test. This makes no sense to me as I start carb cycling tomorrow. I was just going to up test 300mg a week. I'll add 1ml of Masteron ED the last 20 days and up AI's. I have no idea about dropping sodium and when to carb up though as I have a little OCD and I want to be 100% for the show obviously.
 
I always dropped sodium completey the Monday before shows. I'd never really load the sodium on, but dropped it completely the week prior and I've come in ripped in the past, just something that has always worked for me. And that last week I'd go from 1.5 gal of water on Monday to 2 gal on Tuesday, 2.5 gal Wednesday, 3 gal Thursday, 3.5 gal by 5 on Friday and stop. Then just let it works itself out until show time. That was shown to me by one of the guys at my gym and it's also worked out along with Super Dieter's Tea at 11pm the night before the show. I always took a natural diuretic the last 4 weeks as well.

The show is Fri and Sat, so stop sodium intake on Sun? That seems like a long enough time for the negative biofeedback loop, but I may give it a shot. I will be taking dyazide probably starting Wed before.

Yea, I'd say Sunday would be enough time, this is simply my opinion as I'm sure others have tried different things. But I have had good results, I am no where near your size, not sure if that would make a difference, but my last show (08) I was right around 2-3% bodyfat
