Awesome guide bro!!! This will help guys like me get under 10% bodyfat and I used many of these techniques to get there in the past. Very good advice...
 
This is basically what I do, except I eat a couple more times a day b/c i mostly wake up at 5am.


I would say that a Casein Protein Shake before bed might be a good idea, even though I noticed the cottage cheese and I believe that's Casein protein in that.

22) Concentrate on spot reduction. If you have a problem area, focus on heating that area, ie abs with a tight wrap, or ace bandage wrap to heat that area more significantly than the rest of your body. This indeed can enhance that site, or even force the body to eliminate water from that area, giving an instant temporary change.

i dont think so i know some people have used seran wrap with prep H for skin tightening effects. I dont know if it works. I would just do it during the workout or cardio session thats when your burning the most cals and if its going to spot reduce i would think that would be the time.

Bowl of healthy cereal w skim milk, yogurt, lowfat cottage cheese, choose one, drink some water
