It is getting very boring eating grilled chicken breast all the time, question I have is how bad would it be if I battered them and put them on the stove top? The batter consist of a little milk, couple eggs, and flour. How bad do you guys think the nutritional value is cooked this way?

Get some extra crispy Shake N Bake ... Not bad for ya

Or get lean ground up turkey and get low sugar spaghetti sauce...

You could always try frying in olive oil or PAM if you're worried about fat content. I like to make a custom spice rub and cook the chicken that way.

If you made your own batter to fry them, I don't see that it would be bad. You're just adding a little more protein/carbs, probably not enough to really worry about.

i thought i seen an articles saying pam is actually pretty high in fat (even the ones saying fat free)... i could be wrong but i'm pretty sure i seen that and havent used it in like amonth b/c of it.
i think it said something like, PAM, the company, made the serving size to where it is slightly less than what it needs to be to show up on nutrition facts. for example, sat. fats dont show up unless it is .5, so it could be .45 and it doesnt show, also, it could be .9 and it only show .5... also, i think i remember the serving size being like 1/3 of a 1-second spray and it is only slightly less than .5's of sat fat.

usually to make it taste alittle better, i go and suy the no salt added diced tomatoes with garlic and onions :-) YUMMY, just cook you chicken add this on top, and BAM instant low-fat olive garden lol

Interesting, I've never heard that before. I usually use olive oil myself. It gives a better flavor to what I'm cooking.

I like adding salsa to grilled chicken... There are so many kinds you can switch it up on a meal to meal or day to day basis.

Real men eat it raw - feathers and all!! Olive oil is good it just burns at a lower heat
then the others.
