Gear beamed aboard, throw the science officers robe on and Ash bolts down stairs He is waiting for me at the fridge, I give him breakfastand some water and I take my supplements with my Rockstar zero.... We do our perimeter sweep, water the yard. Collect buttnuggets, 6 this morning? It has been super hot. Probably why egg count slipped. Took Ash back upstairs to snuggle with Mrs. Creeper. I hit the Creeper dungeon Turned on some background music, Started on the treadmill walking for 10 then bump it up to the jog hitting the target zone for 25 minutes. Start doing my yoga stretches getting everything loose and limber. So far feeling well. No major stress issues. So into work started off with my Creeper stretches slow circles with a 30 lb dumbbell on the bench at an angle to let the weight pull on the shoulders and warm.

* 192.8 this morning

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press 12–18 reps × 5 sets @ 70lbs
18 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed disrespectfully. I focus from deep stretch the weight just hanging on the pecks. From the bottom acceleration increases out of the hole to the top. To a center convergence. Slowing down to imagine and feeling squeezing the chest as tight as you can before cramping. On set 3 dropped back to 12 then 11. Then 10. We stay even in the book. We will work on adding some reps.

• Incline Dumbbell Flyes — 15°
10–15 reps × 4 sets 15lbs. Full stretch, slow squeeze. 15 reps on set 1. On set 2 did 14, then 13 on the rest of the sets. We gained 2 from last go around. I focused on keeping tempo in time. Then on the decent slow and controlled pause at maximum stretch. Feeling it pull on the chest open up really getting deep on the arms with a small bend at the elbows. I try and exhale slowly coming down letting gravity pull it open.

• Triceps Rope Pushdowns — 60 lbs.
10–15 reps × 4 sets
Working load for now. Focused, feeling the contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace. To keep time under tension. On the contraction movement I push with a slower movement, then slow accent back. On a 4 count on both movements. Set 3 hit 14, then 13. We are even.

• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets, 10 reps done instead.
Cross‑cable setup we are at 10lbs. Controlled in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind. And didn't seem to bother any. We are staying even in reps. I do say it was burning good.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 30 lbs up and all sets at 12 reps, nothing seems to be hitching in the movement. This felt really good surprisingly. We have room.

* Extra sets Pull-Ups & Push-ups
Starting of with 15 push up's on the foam blocks. Jumping straight into pull up's got 15, back to the floor for 15 push up's. Straight back to the pull up bar for 15 at a stall. No pain felt just tightened up a bit.

* Then more Creeper stretches.

July 31/2026

🔥MEN’S OPEN — TAMPA PRO 2026🔥
Nick Walker delivered the performance fans have been waiting for. A perfect 10‑point scorecard, flawless execution, and the most complete look he’s brought since his early Olympia surge. If you were excited for this show, you had every reason — Walker walked in with pressure and walked out with dominance.
Still my one thing if Nick could hear me or read this. Bruh.... Smile it will help you, I know you enjoy this sport, show everyone that. Bring the battle face prejudging. Smile in the finale. You have everything to smile for!

• Conditioning & Aesthetics:
Tighter waist. Sharper lines. Skin pulled tight across every muscle group. Veins crawling across lats, arms, and quads — the signature “Mutant” graininess fully activated.

• Fullness & Density:
Upper body looked inflated without spill. Arms and delts were granite. Legs held size and separation that kept him ahead in every front shot. Especially the hamstrings were cut deep. In the back shots.

•Stage Presence:
Walker hit every pose with confidence and aggression. No hesitation. No doubt. This was a statement package.

• Runner-Up: James Hollingshead — powerful, polished. Even a bit softer than China look but overshadowed by Walker’s detail and density.
• Third Place: Joe Palasios — huge frame and strong silhouette, but conditioning wasn’t sharp enough to threaten the top two. And an observation of mine he has a left side weakness / imbalance in the back shots.

Pose Breakdown:
• Front Double / Front Lat: Walker’s arms and quads swallowed the stage. Palasios had width, but Walker’s detail made the difference.
• Side Chest: The closest battle. Palasios’ chest thickness was wild, but Walker’s separation carried the win.
• Back Double: Walker’s strongest weapon — deep Christmas-tree, full lat sweep, and brutal trap density. As well as taller peaks!
• Most Muscular: Walker’s signature pose. Shoulders and arms looked carved from stone. Waist was tight and he wasn't hiding it!

• Industry Reaction:
Samir Bannout praised Walker’s symmetry.
Iain Valliere & Seth Feroce predicted the win early.
Media platforms labeled this package a direct warning shot to Derek Lunsford. He should be worried about the back double.

• WOMEN’S BODYBUILDING — TAMPA PRO 2026
Paula Ranta dominated with elite density and symmetry — Olympia qualified.
Alida Opre secured second.
Ranya Temizkan finished third.

• WOMEN’S BIKINI — TAMPA PRO 2026
Jordan Brannon took the win with crisp conditioning and stage confidence.
Mahsa Akbarimehr placed second.
Cassandra De La Rosa rounded out the top three.

• WOMEN’S WELLNESS — TAMPA PRO 2026
Camila Rodrigues claimed gold.
Danai Theodoropoulou took silver.
Pamela Rodrigues earned bronze.

• WOMEN’S FIGURE — TAMPA PRO 2026
Tamera Barrett won with balanced shape and tight conditioning.
Nicole Zenobia Graham placed second.
Elizabeth Nieder finished third.

• WOMEN’S PHYSIQUE — TAMPA PRO 2026
Amanda De Carvalho Machado dominated the division.
Sheronica Henton took second.
Rachel Daniels placed third.

• WOMEN’S FIT MODEL — TAMPA PRO 2026
Svetlana Fedkina won.
Martina Rigoli placed second.
Emma Henderson finished third.

• ROAD TO THE 2026 MR. OLYMPIA
Nick Walker is officially locked in for Las Vegas.
Samson Dauda continues dropping brutal training updates 8–9 weeks out. He is looking fucking Amazing from the front. He is probably around 320lbs if I had to guess.

• Olympia returns to the Palms Casino Resort + Orleans Arena (Sept 24–27, 2026).
IFBB qualification rulebook changes continue to tighten pressure across all divisions.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Nick Walker didn’t just qualify — he reclaimed his momentum. He reminded everyone why he is a top Olympia athlete. This Tampa Pro package was the version fans have been waiting for: tight waist, brutal density, and a level of confidence that screams Olympia contention. Can Sampson dial in his added size? As well for Hadi? Will Derek up his game? Nick sure did, and in my mind has a very good chance of stealing the show if there are any mis-steps by the top guys. Women’s divisions brought elite depth, especially Ranta and Brannon, making Tampa one of the strongest all‑division lineups of the season.
Hopefully we get a strong show in Atlanta as well. Hopefully James Hollingshead and re-group and get himself a W that he should have won in China.

• DAY 2 — PULL | BACK • BICEPS • REAR DELTS

• 0600 Up and going, Mr Ash this morning, he was crashed out. I woke him up and let him out and insisted of heading to the fridge he jumped into my side of the bed and snuggled up with Mrs. Creeper. He is starting to make a habit out of this. Or he knows when Mrs. Creeper needs the snuggle. But he is being a good boy so, I kissed my wife and kissed Ash's red nose. Charge the warp core with new crystals.

So obviously I shut down. I was tired. And got 8hr and 45min of sleep. Thats huge for me. Cpap is helping get that deep sleep rem. Been having some interesting dreams, very intense immersion in them, deeply vivid.
Water plants, yard, 6 anabolic buttnuggets this morning. set out Ash's avocado blanket out of habit just incase he comes down. Head to the dungeon I start with some stretching first. As everything feels tight. Feet are swollen!? Did yoga for 30 minutes before getting on the treadmill for 25 minutes. Did a few minutes of work on my shoulders in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets. Turned on some classic Rock this morning. Bit slow to the go.

* 193.2 This morning

• WORK SETS —

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
95 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean and planned. Feeling very easy to move, it felt so good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized quickly in the upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15 on the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. Today I went for mid back. Got a really nice pump really quickly. We stay even with the book.

• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 20 reps. Take 60 - 90 seconds Taking the time here is key. Keep the plan.
Unilateral rounds push for 20 on each side for 6 sets. Uni got 20 reps for 2 sets. Did 2 more sets, feeling okay. Went for 2 more sets, at 20 reps. We gained 10lbs staying with same reps, really felt good!

• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 15, 15
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is smooth. upper & mid traps. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working hard. Definitely pumping up like a balloon.
Gained a rep.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. This is feeling good. Letting the weight pull out my arms. You can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 25, 24, 23. We stay even. And my back is on fire!

• Standing Cable Dumbbell Curls
60 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms are always happy to do this. Tension kept on each arm for a set. This is done in a way – hard pull up...slow on the way down. This is the shaper or the bi's peak. I enjoy dumbbells. But the tension is here constant. Get into the deep stretch on this, where the arm is behind you a bit. My arms are pumping up nicely.

• Pullovers
80 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel you open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded. Disciplined and controlled movements. Arch the back up in extended flattening out bringing it up. This is more than a lat movement. It builds core and deep on the tri's.

• Extra sets, preacher curl
90 seconds between sets
Slow and controlled on the first 5, quicker on the second 5 to really pump the blood in.
15 lbs x 3 sets hit 10 on this, for all 3. This is the finisher.

• Pull up's, I did 5, 90 second reset . Then got 5 more. Had my 25 lbs on a belt. My back is done. Time to eat!!!!

• OVERALL NOTES
I planned on doing nothing. I did that. I watched the Tampa Pro. And visited with the kids and wife. Some phone calls to family. But staying off the internet to just unplug for a day. Clear the mind. Don't work on projects or hobbies. Dad came by visited for a bit. Had a protein shake with dad. Lol, I know some people drink alcohol but dad will drink protein with me. Of course he was trying to talk me in to buying a gun. "It's a deal" as usual. But not today pop's
Today's high temp was 104. Where I work was 107. Man, I love warm weather but this is getting stupid.

• TEAM USP — DAY 3: Legs, Calves & Abs
Lower body work.

* 193.4 This morning.

• The eyes open at 0400, I was super drained from yesterday is to be 105 today....😕 like yesterday.
Mr.Ash bolted down stairs waiting for me at the fridge, he was wanting water this morning so he got a bowl full as I drank some Rockstar. So with Ash eating, Mrs Creeper has been giving him a spot of milk in his food to get him to eat. He stopped eating again until I get home. I have to sit with him for him to eat. He really misses me being home.
USP gear beamed on board.
Sustanon 500 at 50mg,
https://us-pharmacies.to/product/sustanon-500-mg-ml-10ml-vial-up/

Primobolan 50mg
https://us-pharmacies.to/product/primobolan-depot-methenolone-enanthate/

Masteron e 25mg

Trenbalone Ace 20mg

We do our perimeter sweep this morning. Chickens water and food topped off. Water going on the yard. Ash was stairing upstairs so instead of his avocado blanket he wants to snuggle with Mom. So he is doing PPE work. To the Creeper dungeon and start walking on the treadmill to a good jog. 35 minutes we hit target zone 125—135. On to the stretches. Loosened the back and legs for the feel good pain to come. We have had monsoon rain in the air it sparked fires around again. It is so dry anything can start a fire. On to opening my chest up, as well as the Creeper stretches using 30lbs in hand, swirl the weight letting the shoulder fibers get stretched good. Slowing down and reverse the spin. Did some yoga stretches and holds. Finished the yoga with the eagle posing sure I look nothing like it should but this also really helps with leg mobility and stretching. Finished off with my old, school stretches. Turned on tunes. Got my warm up set up ready to go.

• Leg Press

300 Stance wide today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads feeling fine. With wide stance getting really deep, great stretch. Easy to come out the hole. This is feeling good and controlled. keeping the knee straight by using my lifting belt. I am doing some isolation leg extensions to warm up. Focused on rhythmic movement and time under load. All sets to 12. Feeling a bit better after just moving. Legs have been tight with all the steps I have been getting at work 🤙

• Cable Crunches
Staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets . I ran this up to 15. I take a solid 60 seconds to recover after set 3. I am still shaking hard by set 3 it's at rep 14 that the wall is starting, 1 more rep than I was fatiguing beforehand. Bring the pain! The rest time in between sets is the only way to get this much done. This gets the blood flowing good. Heart rate up 130-145. As my head is spinny up when I stand up. 😜

• Romanian Deadlifts x 5
120lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 10. Then 8 and 7 Being methodically. Staying level in reps is winning. I still have to go to work.

• Calf Raises
120 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps.
Do note this is on the Smith Machine.

• Hanging Leg Raises x 4 grips on.
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. Keep the work honest 10 reps with a rest of 30 seconds. I was lighting up in the abs. Did 8 reps, 2 more sets. We are staying even.

• Smith Machine Squats x 4
300 lbs, wide, tempo steady.
10 reps then 9, 7 for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels good with the toes slightly out. The foam block is being used here. Kept even with reps.

• Hack squat x 3
started this off light as the finish touch. 170, 3 sets neutral stance, toes pushed down and straight 12, 10, 10. quads lighting up! Foam box is still being used. I am standing a bit higher than mid plate.

* Extra set push up's
Got 15 in and took 90 second pause, got 15 more. Foam blocks being used for a deficit push up.

* Extra set pull up's
Did 5 X 3 with the 25lbs on the belt, I like to give a bit of relax hanging at the bottom at the end of a set just to unload the spine and stretching everything deeply.

• Notes of the Day
107 today at the peak. Started the car 10 minutes early to cool it off. It was unbearable heat today. Everyone was shuffling their feet. I got down 2.5 gallons of water. As well as a 1/2 refill in the car for emergency or back up. Had 11k steps in 6.5 miles walked. Sleep was shit, 4 hrs, it was too hot to sleep. Hope Mrs. Creeper will keep air going upstairs so its not a spa up there.

August 3/2026

• TRAINING & PREP INSIGHTS — LAST 24 HOURS
Samson Dauda Arm Split
Dauda dropped a full arm‑day breakdown, confirming he’s pushing high‑volume hypertrophy to stay full against mass monsters. His focus: extended‑range cable work, heavy mid‑range barbell loading, and pump‑driven supersets.

• Wesley Vissers Chest/Shoulder Protocol
Vissers released a detailed chest–triceps–shoulder guide emphasizing maximum stretch, deep mechanical tension, and Golden Era proportions. His angles and sequencing are designed to maintain Classic silhouette dominance heading into Olympia.

• Shaun Clarida Dual‑Division Qualification
Clarida confirmed he is officially qualified for BOTH 212 and Open for the 2026 Olympia. His prep series outlines a “giant killer” mindset built around density, pace, and Open‑style aggression applied to 212 structure.

• AESTHETICS VS MASS — INDUSTRY DEBATE IGNITES
X‑Frame Resurgence
Media outlets are pushing the narrative that athletes like Andrew Jacked and Samson Dauda are driving a return to flowing X‑frame lines — tall silhouettes, wedge‑built torsos, and clean taper dominance.

Icon Clash: Cutler vs Ramy
Podcasts and analysts are comparing the structural philosophies of Jay Cutler (balanced mass + shape) vs Big Ramy (overwhelming density + width) to predict whether shape or sheer mass will define the 2026 Olympia podium.

• STRENGTH SPORTS INTEGRATION — MAS. WRESTLING GOES OLYMPIA
MAS Wrestling World Championships
Organizers confirmed MAS Wrestling will host its World Championships live at the 2026 Olympia Expo, expanding the weekend into a hybrid strength‑sport showcase. Full men’s/women’s divisions, round‑robin format, and an Absolute belt are set for Sept 25–26 in Las Vegas.

🧠 CREEPER’S THOUGHTS
The last 24 hours weren’t about placings they were about philosophy. Dauda and Vissers are sharpening their weapons. Clarida is doubling his threat profile. The aesthetics‑vs‑mass war had been a hot topic with Nick's dominant win. Olympia weekend is turning into a multi‑discipline strength festival. This is the kind of news day that shifts narratives.

Mr. Ash was out cold, sleeping away on his back, I woke him up letting him out of his kennel. He gave a big stretch, doing an army crawl out. We both are a Lil slow this morning to the fridge I got him some water and my guilty pleasure of Rockstar zero. We do our sweep and we had 8 buttnuggys, turn on the water hit the plants. We get inside Mr Ash headed back to bed with mom. For me? The Creeper's dungeon is needed! I started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 25 minutes. Started to tighten up. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle I can on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Finished off with my old school standard stretches. Then as customary now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. At 30 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 or 5 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders.

* Then set up with yoga blocks and did 15 push up's. Everything seems smooth and controlled. Did 15 more shoulder is coming back.

* Pull up's – today, the belt again with 25. And was able to do 5 pretty easily. Took a rest and... pull off 5 more. Rest.... 8 more... 5x2 and a 8 stall w 25lb plate.

* I started doing what I call goose curls. If you know how to do a normal curl. Rotating wrist down to the ground. 20lbs. Keep wrist bent. Curl up letting the bar sit in the hook of the fingers and curl up allowing the wrist to be pulled down as you curl up to 80% or so. You do this right all forearms. 10 reps X 5 sets. = Freak forearms

☆PROUD TEAM USP CHAMPION☆

• Started the day at 0400. Mr Ash is up and ready, Throw on my sweats. I have my pre loaded 1 ml pin ready with....(ALL USP GEAR)
Sustanon 500 at 50mg,
https://us-pharmacies.to/product/sustanon-500-mg-ml-10ml-vial-up/

Primo 50mg
https://us-pharmacies.to/product/primobolan-depot-methenolone-enanthate/

Mast e 25mg https://us-pharmacies.to/product/drostanolone-enanthate/
Tren A 20mg

Gear beamed aboard, throw the science officers robe on and Ash bolts down stairs He is waiting for me at the fridge, I give him breakfastand some water and I take my supplements with my Rockstar zero.... We do our perimeter sweep, water the yard. Collect buttnuggets, 8 this morning. It has been super hot. We have smoke in the air again sinuses have been really pissed off.

* 193.8 this morning

I want to go up in weight, but this seems to be the one I get hurt in the most. So not sure if I should push up in weight.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 30 lbs up and all sets at 12 reps, nothing seems to be hitching in the movement. This felt really good surprisingly. We have room.

* Extra sets Pull-Ups & Push-ups
Starting of with 15 push up's on the foam blocks. Jumping straight into pull up's got 15, back to the floor for 15 push up's. Straight back to the pull up bar for 15 at a stall. No pain felt just tightened up a bit.

* Then more Creeper stretches.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 4,400—4,750
- Protein: ~400–450 added protein powder to everything
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~100–130g
- Sodium: ~4,800–5,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth

* Notes of the Day
Well my Family we made it to Friday, Got some work at the house I need to do for Mrs Creeper's friend. She will get traded out for eyelash tinting and like a perm to curl them. For me, I am getting waxed, legs, back, chest. This will be Sunday.
In other things I got an older gentleman at work going. He was getting gear from a "friend" no label bottle. Not sure if he was really getting testosterone. But he is 67 and not in very good shape. Had been doing 475mg a week!? So I asked him to cut that back to like 200 and work back slowly. With the USP testosterone. And got him blood work scheduled. I will be posting it up when it happens to see how we can help him out. Hopefully we can get him feeling good.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Atlanta Pro is delivering real heat Morris vs Clark is the cleanest Men’s Physique clash of mid-season. Jo looks ready to redeem Tampa and lock his Vegas ticket.
CBum’s tease isn’t noise the density matches his early 2023 push, and Dino’s camp responding publicly is the biggest tell.
Danilov at 306 is the most dangerous mass threat outside Samson. Nick’s waist control is the best of his career, if he nails fullness, Vegas gets interesting.
Križo’s update is the sleeper story, if he peaks clean, he disrupts the entire 6–10 range.

Headed to the Creeper dungeon. Did yoga for 30 minutes stretch out very deep before getting on the treadmill for 25 minutes. Did a few minutes of work on my shoulders in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets. Turned on some classic heavy metal this morning. Bit slow to the go. Need some heat today.

* 193.2 This morning
* 6.75 hrs sleep with Cpap

With same reps as last go, and sets. We are gaining here.

Stay even with the book.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. This is feeling good. Letting the weight pull out my arms. You can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 25, 25, 24. We got 2 reps. And my back is on fire!

• Standing Cable Curls
12 x 4 and 10 x 2 for the sets.

• Extra sets, Creeper curl
60 seconds between sets. Hand pronation away from you. Letting the wrist bend coming up and flattening out on the way down.
Slow and controlled on the first 5, quicker on the second 5 to really pump the blood in.
15 lbs x 4 sets. Hit 10 reps for all 4. This is the finisher for the bi's and forearms.

• Pull up's, I did 5, 90 second reset . Then got 5 more. Had my 25 lbs on a belt. Slow purposeful pull up and slow let down letting gravity pull my back for a 5 seconds count. Time to eat!!!!

*DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Total Calories: 3,800
- Total Protein: 400-420
- Total Carbs: ~460–480g
- Total Fat: ~75–110g
- Total Sodium: ~3,800–4,400mg
- Had a table spoon of honey pre workout
- been adding extra protein powder to shakes.

• OVERALL NOTES
Day was busy to start off I had some side work to do right after my lift. I wasn't too stoked to get it done. But after protein and carbs hit the system my mood changed and a 5.5 hr job got done in 2.5. Mrs. Creeper and Mr. Ash did hang with me. So it wasn't too bad at all. Took Ash on a run, had him pull me on the bike got a few miles in Ash would drive himself into the dirt if I let him. The kids are running out of summer and sleeping in where they can. We got school supplies and the show latter today. Obviously a busy time of year. Where does the time go!?

🔥 TEAM USP — BODYBUILDING NEWS 🔥
Aug 09/2026

• ATLANTA PRO SUPERSHOW — MEN’S OPEN TITLE
James Hollingshead finally breaks his streak of three straight runner‑up finishes and wins the 2026 Lenda Murray Atlanta Pro Supershow, securing his qualification for the 2026 Mr. Olympia.
He out‑conditioned Regan Grimes in a decisive shape vs. conditioning showdown, earning unanimous first‑place scores from the judges. I have to say, I was worried they would give it to Grimes after what happened in China.

• ATLANTA PRO — OTHER DIVISION CHAMPIONS
Corey Morris continues his 2026 takeover, claiming Men’s Physique just one week after Tampa.
Alida Opre dominates Women’s Bodybuilding.
Additional Olympia qualifiers from Atlanta:
• Abby Bolton
• Nicole Zenobia Graham
• Mahsa Akbarimehr

The Olympia qualification window closes August 30, 2026

🧠 TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Hollingshead finally gets the win with the look he’s been bringing all season, dry, grainy, and carved. Regan brought shape, but conditioning is the currency of 2026, and James paid in full. Corey Morris is becoming the most dangerous Men’s Physique threat of the year, stacking wins like it’s routine. Nick Walker’s confidence isn’t just noise it’s pressure. Samson acknowledging him only adds fuel. And with Derek Lunsford sitting on the throne, every contender knows exactly what level they must reach. In my thoughts there are a couple guys that beat him out as of now.
