Update

Well after 4 days of torture, I get to fckn carb up. Been a really good day as far as eating and filling out goes. Was 181 1/2 this morn and looked flat as shit. after eatn some carbs and filling out, I'm 189!!!!! I look fckn crazy as shit! I can't believe how awesome I have filled out. Look hard as fckn nails and only gettn better. Startn to pull water so we will see how much tighter I get. I gotta say, I'm gettn more and more confident about this show....

It is actualy, my first time ever i was amzed that I could actualy watch and see my muscles filling out before my very eyes, Im sure zeus feels the same way, and hopefully hooked on the stage now
