Just measured, completely not pumped, did biceps yesterday, just measured today
Left Arm-16 1/2
Right arm-a little over 15 3/4 (surgery arm 6 months ago)

before injury/surgery both were a hair under 18" peaked differently but same sizes.

after surgery (2 month after)
left arm- 16"
right arm-15"

What do u guys think of this improvement??

seems like your injury set you back quite a bit.

I've never been on to measure though. How you measure can change quite a bit between measurement. What doesnt change is the size of your clothes (pant waist, pant leg, shirt sleeves, etc.)

I know some like hard numbers and I can relate, but what does 18" on me really say when my arms are long and still look underdeveloped compared to the rest of me? It says when they look proportionate, then they are the right size and 18" ain't gonna do it.

well im 5' 9" I was 198 with 9%bf
now im 195 13-14% bf no fat on my arms at all, I remeasure my arms a couple times to make sure its on peak same everytime, the sleeve on my left arm will stay up and on my right arm will still fall down.
The main reason Im not close to the size I was is bc im only doin triceps once every other week now, and not very heavy, where as biceps are once a week, and back to full strength so the tricep is the deficit, but when ur tricep tendon gets ripped off the bone, kinda makes u nervous to rush the weight, ya know. Thanks for the imput bro

I'd say you've come a long way back, I'm in the rebuilding stage too, but haven't quite made these jumps that you've made...Congrats and keep it going
