This is a move I do, to bring out the upper lats. Its basically the first part of a lat pulldown, except I just sqeeze the lats down, like you would when you shurg for traps.

Damn, nuk, Chris is right, you are huge. It's going to be a great year for you.

I've done something similar but not probably quite the same range of motion. I'll have to try it like you show in the video, seems like it would be more effective for me.
 
nice build definitely...phil hernon turned me on to these...called them 1/2 rep lat pulls...they burn it out and they work well for really pumping the lats up...

another good trick to try is on the smith machine partial deadlifts..

at the top of the movement try flaring the lats as if posing...

doesn't seem like much at the time but you'll feel it the next day

yeah, although this may be hard from my recent surgery. what , other than skull crushers, do u have for distal triceps? the part most proximal to my elbow never grows, I have done behind the heads clean w 120 for 10s, I do single handed pull downs supinated and pronated pulleys, rope pull down, the v bar pull downs, the pulleys with the rope and my back against the post bringing the rope from my head to down infront of me while I have one leg infront of me (kinda hard to describe that one) I dont think I can really do dips right now once again due to surgery. uh close grip bench, kick backs sometimes, not too often tho, and every once in a while reverse grip bench. maybe its just genes but lemme know, and thanks
 
heres another thing to try to blow them up...

cable seated row machine, grab small v-bar or rope. straighten legs and bend over so you are almost completely flat, like in a pike position...begin rowing and pull as far as you can go while staying in that tucked position with light weight as you wont be able to go heavy and concentrate on flexing the lats...do this for 2-3 sets with 10-12 reps and tell me you dont feel them burning

Alright Back from Back day, I did them, I feel like if anyone was looking at me they prolly thought this new retard doesnt know how to do a pull down, but I did them, along w alot of deadlifts, The row cables are broken, probably due to some new jackass. Thanx man, I didnt use a ton of weight, I just did them with 90Kg(try to get used to them first), im sure my back will be sore from the deads, Il see how the lats feel manana
