yeah, although this may be hard from my recent surgery. what , other than skull crushers, do u have for distal triceps? the part most proximal to my elbow never grows, I have done behind the heads clean w 120 for 10s, I do single handed pull downs supinated and pronated pulleys, rope pull down, the v bar pull downs, the pulleys with the rope and my back against the post bringing the rope from my head to down infront of me while I have one leg infront of me (kinda hard to describe that one) I dont think I can really do dips right now once again due to surgery. uh close grip bench, kick backs sometimes, not too often tho, and every once in a while reverse grip bench. maybe its just genes but lemme know, and thanksthanks for the comments guys. Im just busting my ass, trying to see what I can do. Ill post some more training videos, as I have alot of crazy moves that I do for each bodypart.
