I usually use the weekends for leg day; which i'll admit can turn into a 3/4 ass workout, and sunday is usually my day to do core and cardio. So yes i do lighten up on the weekends
I got hard as hell on sundays because its the one day that i have nothing to to do but focus on eating and working out, oh and sunday night premium hbo!
I think the day most people only take serious is Monday and that's primarily because to them it's a new start and a chance to make up for a weekend of being a slob
