i just noticed yesterday, after my last cycle, after loosing 50lbs... That out of all my lifts, I've lost the most strength from my shoulders/ shoulder press. its down about 1/3 from where it was.... Most everything else is down 1/4.
i usually lose it from most of my pressing exeercises....
but no to brag... when im off i train just as hard if not harder and keep my cal's high to HOPEFULLY keep what gains in strength and size i got
from the cycle.
