What’s up people start of a new week with new goals to hit , be better than last week! Today’s my first day back to work after my holiday break so that early morning alarm hit different but we got up right away. My treadmill burned out on me so until I get a new machine (likely elliptical) I can’t hit my morning fasted cardio 👎🏾 so this morning was easy just got up and made breakfast which felt ass backwards like I didn’t earn my meal like usual. A little tired and dragging feet this morning and I had to get an energy drink but well adjust back to the early morning shifts soon. After my 10 hour shift though it was lift time with the hardest day of the week leg day. Struggled to get motivated to lift but once I got into the motions it went easy. Progressed lifts on leg ext and leg curl which are my openers so that’s good, always want to see either weight or reps go up week to week. Today was also my first day back on my training day meal plan with higher carbs so my inner fat boy is happy. Check in day with coach tomorrow and I have a feeling we’re gonna make some big changes soon! Perhaps another compound 😈 we’ll wait and see!

Meal1:
  • 200g egg whites
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 English muffins
  • 100 g strawberries


Preworkout meal

  • 40g whey isolate
  • 100g blueberries
  • 70g oats with a tablespoon of cinnamon, 2 stevia packets


Meal 3

  • 150g chicken
  • 100g green beans
  • 150g jasmine rice


Meal 4

  • 150g 96/4 ground beef
  • 150g orange
  • 100g brussel sprouts
  • 200g white potatoes
TODAYS WORKOUT:
  • Seated leg curl 3x8-12
  • Leg extension 2x10-15
  • Hack squat 2x8-12
  • Leg press 2x12-20
  • Abduction machine 2x10-15
  • Standing calf raise 3x12-15🏋

Ayooo what up guys today was a big day for me so let’s break it down. Still no cardio equipment at the house so fasted cardio is still on the back burner for now. Tuesdays are my check in days with my coach so always an important day for me but today was especially important. Today I officially move from the trt crowd and am starting my first official cycle ever. I can’t begin to explain how excited I am and can’t wait to see the progress I’ll make considering I’ve built a decent physique without any gear and have only been on trt for 9 weeks. Super exciting and get ready for everything to blow up from here on, we’re locked in baby. Let’s have this push phase officially start. Currently sitting at a lean 168 abs visible and all that so we’ll see where we go from here.
Today was a nice push day and we improved the logbook in a couple areas, small wins everyday add up!
Day 2 push

  • Machine prime lateral raise 3x10-15
  • Hammer strength incline 2x8-12
  • Db flat bench 3x8-12
  • Pec Dec 3x10-15
  • Bilateral tri ext 3x12-20
  • Sa tri pushdown 2x10-15
  • Rope ab crunch 3x15-20
Food will stay the same as we add in/up compounds and not do too much all at once

Possible changes in the future I may be coming off Reta completely soon and swap it for mots c. We will wait and see what coach says come next week

Let’s go today’s a special day bc it’s my first day lifting on a legit cycle and I was excited to get some growth going on my back and fill out a bit. Got a buddy who may hook me up with a ln elliptical as long as we can find a power cord for it it’s mine for free! Can’t beat that so hopefully that works out and I can get back to crushing some fasted cardio in the mornings again which I really like bc it starts my day with a purpose and wakes me up. Plus I’m used to earning my breakfast these days and just getting up and eating in the morning feels weird. Like I said it was pull day today and it was a great one, amazing mind muscle connection and was really able to feel out my reps tonight. Diet is the same for now since we added in some gear changes and wanna keep variables low and not all at once but I have a strong feeling coach is gonna up food next week seeing as my metabolism is on fire rn and weigh ins are trending a bit lower than what they were a month ago, definitely helps the holidays are over and I’m back on a real routine again with work and all that. We may also cut or reduce Reta in the coming weeks, we’ll wait and see.

What’s happening gang today’s an off day for me so not much going on. I crave the gym so off days are always so so, however today was nice bc I woke up with sore lats from yesterday’s pull workout and I haven’t been sore in general let alone my lats in awhile now so we did something right boys! Let’s just hope that doesn’t mean recovery has gone down which is possible as I haven’t been sleeping well these past 3 nights running on 6 hours is sleep or so which is not optimal at all but that’s how it is sometimes. I’ll chalk it up to I did the damn thang yesterday though bc it was a great one the pumps were crazy (that cialis pump is no joke). Tonight is pin night for me now that I’ve decided to give EOD shots a try per my coaches suggestion to save my pin sites over the long term and still have stable levels, anyway that’s exciting for me still since it’ll be my second injection on my new cycle. Food was pulled back a bit today since it’s an off day and I don’t need those extra 500ish calories we pull out.
