5' 7" currently 257lbs. at 16%

in the off season I bulk to 275lbs. I am dieting down right now but with AAS help I hope to maintain a weight of 240lbs at 6%. We'll see how it goes. My next show is in 13 months. I have not competed for many years. This is nothing more than a personal goal. I want to show the best I can, ripped and giant!!!

302 last night, but I hope to start growing soon.
I been thinking about taking a road trip an training with this guy named Presser.
Mark keeps inviting me up to train. You guys should came down an train here.

Im trying to get an idea of what to aim for cause im currently down from 185 to 159 and I feel like a skinny ass.

I would kill to be your weight.

I'm 239 @ 5'10".

You have a good base to work from.

I don't want the 200+ lb anymore. Back in 01, I used to bitch and moan about not being able to break 205 and 8 years later, its like carrying around another person. Its mostly because of my job as a courier driver for a major freight company, its a pita getting in and out of the truck with making deliveries.

holding steady at 235lbs-240lbs about sick of it, yeah I got somewhat showing on the abs but damn I just can't eat enough to get bigger

Cutting down from 275 to 231...for strongman. Currently sitting at 252 w/ a solid 4 pack, but definitely retaining water from dnp.

Body stats

6'1", 255lbs, 10%, 54 years old, been competing since 1980
And the good news, I'm getting my back fused in a few weeks.
Dead lifts took its toll on me. It has been a wonderful hobby.

I'm with you Bro, I'm 52 first stepped on stage in 1983, currently 220 at 5'9" but have been as high as 245 (I had major gut). Good luck w/your back, I've backed off deads but still hit them once in a while

lol, yeah it is, wheres the 300 fat ass to infinity option for me? lol

I'm 5'9 and currently down to 245lbs. I'm pretty lean. I'm hoping to drop 30lbs by middle of next year to run an obstacle course and do some different training, but its not looking good. It took me 20 years to get to this size and my body isn't letting to of any muscle
