What would you recommend with tirzepatide if I want to cut down under 10% body fat?

I'm currently about 12% body fat. I've worked hard, starting out at about 16 or 17%. I would like to get to 10% or lower but it's proving to be harder than I thought.
How much tirzepatide should I start running? I've read that some people can run up to 5 or 6 mg or more. Do you think that's too high and do you think I should start lower?

You can definitely use Tirzepatide for weight loss. However, it should be taken weekly and on the same day each week.

Tirzepatide: the key is going to be running it at a low dose to start. The first four or five weeks, the side effects are the worst; then you can gradually start increasing the dosage as you go.
 
Tirzepatide is the GOAT but if you want something even better then go with retatrutide. It's a triple agonist while Tirzepatide is just a double agonist.
 
Bros, I love me some Tirzepatide. . It's one of my favorites. I run 1-2 mg a week with great results but if you want to get more aggressive, you can go up to 4 or 5 mg.
 
Your situation, you'll do perfectly fine at 2 to 3 mg a week. There's no need to increase the dosage if you're extremely obese. That's a different story and working with a doctor.
 
Diabetics are going to run it a little differently but in your situation, looking to get some generic fat loss, you're going to do well on 1-2 mg a week. There's no need to be too crazy.
