I'm currently about 12% body fat. I've worked hard, starting out at about 16 or 17%. I would like to get to 10% or lower but it's proving to be harder than I thought.
How much tirzepatide should I start running? I've read that some people can run up to 5 or 6 mg or more. Do you think that's too high and do you think I should start lower?
