I have been for about 3 months. It takes a bit to get the nutrition and dosages down and requires alot of attention, but it's an awesome muscle builder and I've stayed much leaner.
 
i do too, humalog and it does take some time to master the carbs and dosage but it stands alone when it comes to pumps and muscle fullness. i must say though yesterday i did igf for the first time in awhile preworkout and humalog post and it was much more potent so when combining igf and insulin be very careful.
 
I have used it twice in the past, but it never did much then. I'm on it now since January by a doctor, and it has worked much better. IGF will make you more sensitive to insulin so be careful when combining the two.
 
I feel im already carb sensitive . . even clean as far as gaining fast when carbs are up, im just afraid id get fat.. . i guess just have to play with your carbs with the slin dosages til find "your" spot???

If you're prone to gaining fat easily from carbs already, then insulin may speed that up. If you run something like tren while you're on it, then that would more than likely keep that from happening.
 
yeah, its dangerous stuff and not worth the hassle. I nearly blacked out a few times when using it and I swear it just made me fatter. I was counting carbs/sugars and constantly worried when using it.
 
I used it and got fucking fat, in all honesty it was my fault, i wasnt strict with diet like i knew i should have been and gained some fat
 
Humalin R IM here. I use it first thing in the morning with a morning shake and now preworkout. I was using it post w/o, but ran out of IGF and decided to take a quick break. IGF increases it's effectiveness dramatically. I'm working on getting the right profile for my intra w/o shake now using Scivation Extend Amino's and dextrose along with creatine, beta alinine, and some other things. You really have to know your body.

The dude, bigness, saud, can pm if like b ut on the insulin and i know its based on individuals and ive researched and researched. . of course im not going to do the small amounts with each meal . . would it be best pre workout for the pumps and flow thru muscles. . with pre carb shake and maybe intra or first thing in am? or both? just want to hear how u guys started out with it

I would start out with it first thing in the morning to get dosing and diet in line. This way you are never far from carbs if you need them and you don't have to factor in the glucose burning that occurs during training. Once you've got the nutrient requirements from morning use, you can get an idea of what you will need to do it preworkout. I started with mornings. Then I added in post workout. Then I've just recently moved to preworkout. It is very individual, but definately no fat within the 4 hours post admin.
 
Dude, when u say no fats for 4 hours after admin . . say i admin first thing in morn start with 2iu if hum R. then immediatly take in a protein shake and carb force or powerade. then hour later a meal. . 6 eggs with oats. is the fat in eggs goin to make me retain fat you mean or are you meaning fats as in "bad" fats. . not trying to be ignorant just want to understand you exactly bro

A little bit of fat from yolks or meager things arent an issue. I mean more like heavy fatty things. Chips, ground beef (regular), Mac and cheese, cream cheese, things like that.
