I feel im already carb sensitive . . even clean as far as gaining fast when carbs are up, im just afraid id get fat.. . i guess just have to play with your carbs with the slin dosages til find "your" spot???
Humalin R IM here. I use it first thing in the morning with a morning shake and now preworkout. I was using it post w/o, but ran out of IGF and decided to take a quick break. IGF increases it's effectiveness dramatically. I'm working on getting the right profile for my intra w/o shake now using Scivation Extend Amino's and dextrose along with creatine, beta alinine, and some other things. You really have to know your body.
The dude, bigness, saud, can pm if like b ut on the insulin and i know its based on individuals and ive researched and researched. . of course im not going to do the small amounts with each meal . . would it be best pre workout for the pumps and flow thru muscles. . with pre carb shake and maybe intra or first thing in am? or both? just want to hear how u guys started out with it
Dude, when u say no fats for 4 hours after admin . . say i admin first thing in morn start with 2iu if hum R. then immediatly take in a protein shake and carb force or powerade. then hour later a meal. . 6 eggs with oats. is the fat in eggs goin to make me retain fat you mean or are you meaning fats as in "bad" fats. . not trying to be ignorant just want to understand you exactly bro
