Another excellent exercise to add for your chest workout. The machine I have at my gym is a little wider than shoulder width where I hang a dumbell from my waist for 3 sets of 12-15. Slow movement with a squeeze at the top.
remember to point elbows outward on this exercise..away from the body. Keeping them next to the body turns this into a triceps exercise. Also squeeze at the top and stretch at the bottom. Doing this correctly and not worrying about weight is the key to complete chest development.

absolutely....i agree with you 100%. Form is so important. I also make sure not to go down to far as to take the focus from the chest to the shoulders.
getnbigr - the machine i'm referring to is actually a machine used for toning legs. I'll have to try to see what's it's called. It's actually in the women's area....
