I'm going to give this training program a try. It really seems to be almost built for me so this should be fun. I have basicly been doing the same shit for 3 years now and I'm just gettn bored with it. Not to mention I love how every week shit changes. My body always has really responded to always changing things up. I am gonna log ALL my progress with pics and vidoes. I'll start logging this monday when I start. Workout scheme and diet will also be included...:bber:
