I'm going to give this training program a try. It really seems to be almost built for me so this should be fun. I have basicly been doing the same shit for 3 years now and I'm just gettn bored with it. Not to mention I love how every week shit changes. My body always has really responded to always changing things up. I am gonna log ALL my progress with pics and vidoes. I'll start logging this monday when I start. Workout scheme and diet will also be included...:bber:

Not another training program! I think I'm going to be sick. If this doesn't work for you, I hear there is one out there called P90X that is doing great for people.

Damn presser, I thought the same thing LOL!!!! Don't knock it till you try it. I have researched the shit out of this program and this shit works. Everyone needs to change shit every now and then to keep growing. Doing the same shit over and over is just dumb in my OP. Gta keep your muscles guessing. When I put on 20 lbs of muscle doing this, all of you will be believers. No, chris and I work in diff towns so it's just hard to meet up all the time.

Come on nuk. Just cause I'm doing y3t and your not doesn't mean you and I can't go natural. I'm just fckn wit you bro. Like I have said b4, I have a weird sense of humor. I'm actually changing the Y3T a little to fit me better. If you really looked at this you would understand why I want to try this out. I'm a big believer in muscle confusion. The routine changes week to week. What you do week 1 for arms doesn't get done again till week 4 and it's that way for all body parts. In all actuality, it isn't much diif from how I train now.
