what are u snacking with at night? anything?

Well I'll have my egg meal (6 whole eggs) and if im hungry later that night, I might have a few cashews or Almonds..Or I might just have some egg whites with some sugar free ketchup...

Trying to be pretty strict for the most part...Like today is a cheat day, Magnum is letting me eat whatever I want for the most part...and this is every meal..But honeslty im having a tough time eating junk, becasue I have seen myself get leaner and leaner all week long...But im going to eat some junk/carbs and just fill back out...I know that I need the glycogen to refuel the muscles...

This morning I did Chest at a new gym in Quincy...I had a great workout, Hammer incline press, DB presses supersetted with DB flys, Icarian flat press supersetted with Icarian Fly machine..Then Flex Leverage machine presses...Did a total of about 15-16 sets...All around the 10-12 rep range...Killer pump, and I looked better today..Look for some new pics later tonight...

Oh just a quick note for all of you..The reason for me doing more volume was Magnum's idea..I told him about not being able to recover from my HIT type of routines, and he told me to do more of a volume type of program (think Cutler) and really just focus on the pump for now....Go heavy ofcourse, but foucs on moving fast threwout the workout and getting a killer pump...

yesterday was a killer chest workout, along with my cheat meals...so I was super pumped !!!

Also went to a different gym and got to use different equipment

I just eat what is listed in the above diet..

As for diet update..magnum took out 1 tbsp of Natural penut butter to 2 of my meals

Also cardio update - Cardio is up to 60min now every day vs. 30 mins per day

Update from week 14 to 13 wk out

Well overall I leaned up pretty well this week..At least I think I did..LOL !!! I mean I felt pretty tired and my energy levels were all over the place...I worked some longer hours this week at work, so that really sucked the energy out of me...anyway, my weight is still up there and I feel better overall (look wise, feel worse) ..New pics this weekend..and hopfully Sarah can get some video stuff to

A few 13 week out pics taken friday night..Pretty depleted, before carb up...I'll take some after carb up pics to see what difference there is..Maybe im just fat...LOL !!! Weight in these pics are at 246lbs

the one thing I do notice, even with being pretty flat is that im looking rounder and fuller...With the change up in training...But, its about time to put the hammer down and get really nasty and lean...
 
what part of your body is the most stubborn for you to lose fat? From the pics, your legs and upper back are already very lean and cut for 13 weeks out.
