Recap of my training now ...
Here is kinda what im doing for training right now..Alot of it is instictive and I go by feel..So I dont take days off unless I need to..So I might train 10 days in a row, then take a day or two off..Or I might just do 3 days and take a day off...
But my split has been like this as of late
day 1 - Chest am / arms pm
day 2 - Back am / calves, abs pm
day 3 - Quads am / hams pm
day 4 - Delts am / arms, abs pm
day 5 is off or start cycle over, but if I start cycle over, then that chest day im not doing arms in the afternoon (ofcourse)...
as for sets im doing about 15 on bigger bodyparts - back, quads, delts and chest...For calves, arms im doing about 10 or so...(bis 10 sets, tris 10 sets) again this is all instictive..I mean if I feel good, the pump is going well then I might end up doing 20 + sets ...It all depends on how good im feeling...
as for reps almost everything is around 10 reps for the most part..Legs I have been doing 10-15 reps..But everything else is 10 reps...I dont really go to failure to often..Because If I do I seem to overtrain pretty easily...So its just to positive failure on a few sets in the whole workout..Im actully just going for the pump (an extreme pump at that) and try to get the biggest pump possiable...Sometimes I'll do dropsets or rest pauses (not really to failure) sometimes if im feeling really good, and have some extra energy ill do a higher reps set at the end and try to get 20+ reps...My pumps with the supplements im using right now really seem to do the trick, even without all the carbs in the diet (keto/no carbs at all)
