I have some left over morphine pills from my last back surgery. It seems when I take these or any narcotic pain meds for occasional pain, I eat like a slob and I do not want to work out at all. I can honestly say no progress can be made on this drug and regression towards leanness takes place. That is why I can only take the morphine for 1 or 2 days tops. Preferably not at all. If you do take these drugs for more than 7 days be ready for opiate withdrawal to take place.

yeah bro been there done that! I know lots of guys who train on opiates, it helps them get through and train through their injuries, but for some im sure it could realy fuck their life up if they used em too long

I am glad I don't have real easy access to vicodin because I love that stuff. I did hurt my back a while back and wished I had some but you just kinda sit there in a zombiefied state. I am going to stick with the light stuff like meth. Joking of course. I likes my teeth.

I hurt all the time 2 surgeries down on my right shoulder, torn bicep, torn cartilage in both knees. A myriad of other problems but i still never wanna take pain meds not even over the counter ones. I guess i just dont like the feeling the give me or something. I would stay away unless you cant walk properly without them, thats just me though.

I must have a really high threshold for pain. Had all four wisdom teeth taken out a while back and I only took Advil for the pain instead of the Lortabs I was prescribed.

Pain meds are the most dangerous drug out there right now. People die from that shit all the time. I'll take them occasionally for recreation (nothing stronger than vicodin) but never more than once every 6 months or so.

Bro thats just too painful to imagine with out a pain med.
I will chime in though, I've a buddy I train with who pulled one of his teeth in the parking lot before we went into the gym once. No dental insurance and he just wanted it gone! That was the most f^%#%^ up shit I ever saw!

lmao i would have nightmares about that im terrified of the dentist. Ive broke over 12 bones and had 3 surgery's on muscles and that tooth thing just made me cringe ahhh. Id rather break my arm then get a tooth pulled. My jaws been killing me for over a years since i have all 4 wisdoms coming in slightly crooked they want like 3k for the surgery though and my health insurance doesnt cover it. So im not getting that shit done till i have too.
