Help Im just not gaining weight

Started with 1200mg of Sustaplex, 400mg of ES Deca, and 70mcg of IGF.
I'm getting stronger, but not gaining weight.
The only thing I can think is my diet so here it is broken up over a day.
1lb of lean meatloaf
2 cups of mashed potato's
4 - 5 50g protein shakes
1lb of steak
1 - 2 bagels
2 double cheeseburgers
5 - 6 whole eggs
1 - 3 protein bars

Sometimes I'll add in a pound or more of chicken.

I can't see how with eating all of this food I'm not gaining weight... even fat. I do no cardio...
I just upped the test by 500mg a week which shouldn't necessary anyway.
 
how long you been on this cycle? and how much time was it between your last cycle and this one?
 
Total carbs - I'm not sure, I don't count. I also ate a whole Ultimate footlong publix sub yesterday. That's just a sample as my diet changes everyday, but I try to keep the main staples there and roughly the same calories.
I'm on HRT, but it was 14 weeks on that. I've been on 6 weeks and only gained a few pounds. I am taking .5mg a day of aquadex which is keeping all of the water of and keeps my face ready for a GQ shot - I love that shit.
I eat every 2 hours about and twice in the middle of the night. I didn't include middle of the night snacks. They're just a 50g protein shake and a few rice cakes. I need to figure out exact numbers and keep track I think.

damn dude...I have to be honest here and say, with that much gear and food for that long and nothing :nope: kinda says something, uh. Atleast you know your food is real. :satan:

I know man!! The gear is Axio, ES, and some is from the local pharmacy!!! It has to be me. I don't know what else to think. I got to 260 before but I was bloated as fuck and my BP was horrible. Eat more?? I can't imagine I need more gear, I sleep 12 hours a day.... Did I top out??
 
I'm thinking of two culprits: 1) perhaps not enough sleep--get casein protein that breaks down slowly and let yourself sleep through the night. 2) stop the aquadex for a while or use it every other day.

As far as the casein, I don't set my alarm to wake up. I do it b/c I'm starving. If casein will help with that I'll give it a try. I also take a 2 hour nap a day.
AquaDex is a staple. I'm in love with the way my face looks and I feel way better on it. If that's the issue I guess I'll have to be happy with a couple pounds a year.
Today
8 whole eggs
1 bagel
3 shakes
1 protein bar
1 cup almonds
8 oz of steak
8 oz chicken
2 cans of tuna
1 pizza
20 pizza rolls
12 bread sticks.
 
Maybe it's not your diet brotha...you consider overtraining? If your training as hard as your eating, take a week, maybe 10 days off--shake things up a bit
 
I would say your not eating enough carbs...The reason I say that is because, you have plenty of protein...but the carb intake is pretty low for offseason...I would add in carbs to every meal of the day..I would guess to say, you are only getting in about 300 grams of carbs, per day...I would increase that until your at 500 + carbs per day..and maybe slightly decrease the protein amount, as you get to the higher end of the carbs...
 
I would say your not eating enough carbs...The reason I say that is because, you have plenty of protein...but the carb intake is pretty low for offseason...I would add in carbs to every meal of the day..I would guess to say, you are only getting in about 300 grams of carbs, per day...I would increase that until your at 500 + carbs per day..and maybe slightly decrease the protein amount, as you get to the higher end of the carbs...

Really? Nuk said the same thing. I've never worried about carbs, just protein. What would be a good way to get those carbs? What kind and when.
I don't think its overtraining. I only do 1 or 2 worksets per bodypart once a week. Sometimes I'll through in some volume and drop sets, but that's normally it. When I say 1 or 2 worksets those are serious sets... drops, rest pause... etc.

Well I would eat most of my carbs...but if your full then waxy maize is a good choice, or even gatorade...if you want to drink them...I try to get carbs in every meal...even my shake meals..I'll add in oatmeal into the shake and just drink them...
