Here you go guys. 14 week out pics, at 240lbs...Havnt dropped any weight this week, but did get harder, and leaner...I dropped evening cardio as I felt to drained and depleted on it. Focused more on my training, and just going heavy, and hard, each workout. I think that last week, (the week before) When I took the extra days off, and ate the extra cals...Really did some good for me, I feel much more recovered and more focused this week. And the results shows...

Note- after looking at the pics, there is some adjustments I need to do to my posing...Next week, Ill try some different stuff to bring out extra detail or size, depending on the pose...
 
Definitely look a lot better from last week. Not that you looked bad, but I'd agree that there's a big difference between last week and this week. You look better and a bit fuller. Your arms are really starting to take shape

I was also noticing this. Your biceps look larger than I've ever seen them. You look great. Judging by your pics, I am behind schedule
 
if only all my clients were like you. time for the abs big boy, we talked about that though. Side quad coming nicely. Inner thighs coming. Bi's are def better. Pic 4 is great, very great for the time away from show
 
Are you doing a show prior to this or are you just in that kind of shape 14 weeks out?
 
I feel alot better. You look awesome, but if that is the bench mark for 14 weeks, I was going to freak!

what you gotta remember is that everyone conditioning is different at certain points of prep. just because im in this shape for 14 weeks out from jr.nats or 5 weeks out from my state show. honeslty donest matter to you. cause your a different person, with different genetics, and metabolism. Hell, Ive see guys at 5 weeks out, from shows, look like they could walk on stage today. I mean, it really doesnt matter, unless your just an fatass and totally out of shape. so dont get down on yourself, if you dont feel like your on point now. cause, hell you never know when your metabolism will just take a turn and let loose. I mean you could loose 4 lbs one week, then 4 more, then 2 moren, thats 10 lbs in 3 weeks...I would bet you look totally different, and it prob. would look like a solid 5-6 weeks of dieting. but you only did 3 weeks. so you never can really tell. but if you know your body, and know it will be inshape then dont look at other peoples logs or journals if it messes with your head...cause all that is gonna do, is mess up YOUR gameplan...stay strong, and stay FOCUSED !!!
