Finally I got back into seriously training legs. I've been doing them, just nothing too heavy or intense. Well tonight I finally decided to bite the bullet and hit them hard. I'm already starting to think I may have went a little overboard lol. I almost puked (I've done it many times training legs) and I'm really tightening up right now and it's only been a few hours since I got done training. I blame the intensity on the Amino Infusion. I started to really get a pump and couldn't or I should say, wouldn't stop training. I know I'll be hating life for the next couple of days, but it'll be worth it
