Finally I got back into seriously training legs. I've been doing them, just nothing too heavy or intense. Well tonight I finally decided to bite the bullet and hit them hard. I'm already starting to think I may have went a little overboard lol. I almost puked (I've done it many times training legs) and I'm really tightening up right now and it's only been a few hours since I got done training. I blame the intensity on the Amino Infusion. I started to really get a pump and couldn't or I should say, wouldn't stop training. I know I'll be hating life for the next couple of days, but it'll be worth it

let me know how u do sitting up and down lol. What was you regimen?
 
I love a sick leg day... nothing feels better than going in and killing it (and then suffering the remainder of the week because you can't sit/stand/walk/sleep lol) I think it's hard not to go balls to the wall after a bit of a layoff.

I didn't have my belt so I chose not to do squats, but I started with 4 sets of hack squats, then 4 sets of leg press with a narrow stance then 3 of a very wide stance. Then did 3 sets of standing leg curls, 4 sets of leg extensions, 4 sets of seated leg curls and dummbell stiff leg deads. I'm not too bad today, it's hard getting up and down, but not as bad yet as I am expecting. I swear that Amino Infusion from Prescription Nutrition is great stuff, I got serious pumps and could've kept lifting, but I knew in my mind I did more than enough reps and sets. I mostly worked 12/10/8 on sets. I'm hoping that the Amino Infusion keeps me from getting as sore as I would otherwise, but I don't know yet.

Wanna go to Vegas and get hitched? My kind of woman....It's definitely hard to find a female with that kind of intensity, it's a nice change of pace. All the girls around here wouldn't know what to do with themselves if they weren't shoving cup cakes and ho ho's in their mouths

Balls only in the gym. I don't mind a chick with a swinging set in the gym, but if they're swinging outside of the gym, we'll still leave for you bro...
 
legs are my fav, im the strongest in town with legs, except there is a female bb i swear makes me look like the biggest sissy. she can leg press 1500lbs, and nice and deep, haha we bench the same too. she throws down on 315 like Steph said" with some balls"
