I've never really been much into drop sets, but at least one exercise a day I've been doing drop sets. I think it's making a big difference for me. I don't do it on every exercise, just on ones that I randomly pick while I'm training. So it's never a pre-thought of ordeal, just kind of go with the flow as far as this goes. And I change it up from week to week so that I never drop set the same exercise in consecutive weeks. I love it and must say that it's great for a change. I will probably find another way soon to switch the workout again such as rest-pause or something like that.

I love'em. I do more of a burn-out type drop-set. Awesome with pumps when on cycle, pumps you like nothing else. Love it!

This is when I do them, on my last set. Like if I have say 200 on my last set I'll drop it to 120 then like 80 then 40 and just do as many reps at each as I can

Just like that pretty much, by the end you can't even touch your head your cause your arms are so pumped. What'a feeling. Can't wait till Tomm now.
We're a bunch of freaks either way you slice it or dice it!

Not sure where I got it, but when I see one that I might like to use, I always save them lol

I love to do 12,10,8,6 I really get to go alot heavier this way and it creates a good path for the future

This has helped me tremendously with my injury and confidence bc doing 6 with heavy weight isnt that bad where as 10 reps wouldnt be attempted

I'm with you, if I try to go for 10, I normally get 6 by myself and would need a spotter to ease the next couple up for me anyway so it's better just to taper down anyway
