you are crazy haha. Whenever I do seated front hammer raises with 55's (for 10) ppl will tell me thats alot of weight for the exercise but I also dont look anywhere close to the size u are so maybe thats why lol
 
well your results obviously back that statement bro lol, now if ud just move back down here and go to my gym.......

Just can't find work down there although being a regional director maybe my ticket back. I just put in for North and South Carolina and if that is the case I will be set. I will have all of North FL and those states as well....I can move anywhere I want then

you know I feel you on the work thing, and wish you would move back down id love to workout and pick your brain a bit while doing so. I really try to workout with as many people that know what they are doing as possible, because I take what I like and learn and apply it for years, and than I can share with ppl that workout with me, plus im sure there would be alot of good laughs catching up again

OMG...IA m sure we might not get much working out done for laughing!
 
If I do them one arm at a time (sides) I'll go up to 95's, but two arms at the same time I rarely go over 70's. I love one arm at a time. Massive pumps. I don't train front delts.

I don't like them one arm at a time unless I am using cables...constant tension and helps me avoid trying to swing a weight up.
 
I don't do one arm hardly at all, it's always two hands, but I will do one arm on the standing side raise machine

So do I. There is something to being trained by a really big guy because that guy has figured out how to get really big (genetics aside). I'm pretty sure some of us smaller guys could also get that big with a little help in learning the exact habits of these guys. We all know it isn't just due to gear. Training and diet are also important with diet being probably the most important.

I don't train many people anymore. Trainers end up being therapist too and I just can't take the drama! lol I would tell you to learn your body and make your motivation an internal issue and not someone yelling at you! If it is knowledge you are looking for then you are in luck because there are a lot of knowledgeable people here!

Not everyone is like that. The ones who are serious won't make you their therapist. Trained a few like that, and it was nice to just hit the weights hard.
 
Therapist, lol. Well I have a buddy that is more of a power-lifter but he moved 1.45hrs away. there is little to no talking when you train with him and he is all business. Now I have said many times that legs are my weak point and his best so i said, dude, Im coming up for legs. He laughed and said its your funeral. I got there and well, lets just say I ended up dry heaving twice and passed out soaked in sweat. He made me go ass to grass on squats and just pushed until I had no more in the tank. He is my best bud and Im into lifting heavy and going to failure but if you want your ass kicked and get big, Ill give you his address.
 
I would make someone a training partner before I would train them anymore. You want to get big? Then come on and train with me, but if you whine I will just move on. I don't have time for people whining anymore because it hurts...NOW, not every workout is balls to the wall because you have to train smart, but even my down workouts are more than some guys can handle. When I am training I am in my own world and everyone else knows to leave me alone. This is why if I go to other gyms I keep my ear buds in and don't make eye contact. I want to train and leave. Most people want to get big, but they won't train for it and they cannot eat for it!
People tell me all the time "I eat a lot, but I can't gain weight"...my reply is how many calories a day are you eating? They NEVER know how many calories exactly. Today so far I am at 6,200 calories...I will eat one more time before I go to bed. How many calories have you eaten today? What is your plan to gain weight?
I am not dogging anyone on here, but these are just things I hear all the time...most guys play around with the idea of getting big, but never have any plan in their head as to how to get there. They think, " man if I had this guy training me...or that guy..."
Dude, I started by cutting my mom's broomsticks off and sliding the ends into the holes in bricks. People need to get motivated, get a plan and eat like a mother...yes, gear plays a role, but I work my butt off to be like I am.
The other thing is this and honestly...it may piss some people off, but oh well. Most guys are so enamored by bodybuilders in contest shape they try to look like that year round. EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW those guys don't look like that all the time, they cannot get that vision out of their heads and really eat. Stop buying into all that crap in the mags! STOP wasting all your money on this supplement or that supplement! The supplement industry is billion dollar a year industry! WHY? Because they prey on guys who want to look like this guy or that guy! The industry promises to make you look like them if you give them your money! I SAY IT NOW...IT IS A FOR PROFIT INDUSTRY!!! They aren't out to help you as much as they are out to make a buck so they come up with "new and better" stuff all the time.
Sorry for ranting, but I just had this crap in the gym tonight! This guy bugging me to train him and I have said NO 100 times..."why not???!!!" because he only comes once in a while and isn't serious! he wants to be a fitness boy and I have NO TIME for twig legged fitness boys! Sorry if this is your thing, but what happened to bodybuilding that we have gone there?
 
agreed big guy. I would be interested in your supplement strategy. I use BCAA's, whey, creatine, mvi, omega, malto (pwo), and glutamine which Im not sold on does anything. I like slin and metform on big meals and wont go into the other but would you mind sharing your supplement. You can PM me if need be.

The biggest guy in my old gym trains alone and will only consider training with someone if they can lift as much as he can simply because he says he doesn't like wasting time taking weight on and off throughout the workout.
