o I know I probably should of elaborated on that update. Well the doctor told me recovery time should be about 6 weeks after procedure, its 6 weeks now. I am just hoping the igf will speed things up a little. I feel after 1 or 2 more weeks I should be good. I already started swimming, just havent started lifting weights.

Well, it's certainly not going to speed it up to only a couple of days. You still have to give it time. Normal recovery is often 6-8 weeks for surgery, and often it can go longer. IGF may help speed that up a little, but there aren't any known dosages as to what would be best. I'd still expect to be recovering for 4-6 weeks.

that's a loaded question

if you take in more calories than you burn off you will put on fat
especially if you are eating crap

After doing cycles of igf would it be harder to put on fat?

nah bro, but i will say this once someone realy diests down good its usualy alot easier to do again, and that has nothing to do with igf, for example you hear guy/competitors say it was always much easier to shred up the second and thrid time, so it gives ya good motivation to realy shred up this time bro, u will see it will be easier to keep and easier to lose again if need be, but again igf has nothing to do with this

I curled 5 lbs yesturday...felt that my left was weaker than my right.

Right now I only get pain when I do overhead extensions (no weight). Not on the way UP but on the way DOWN. No more pain through full ROM. Weird....

Surgeon said I didnt need long term physical therapy. Havent started lifitng yet. I swam a few times...but how can I get the strength back on my left arm...if I give it more time will strength naturally come back?

Its about to be 8 weeks...by from what the surgeon told me I shoulda been already started with light weight.

Called dr.

If I see no improvements in 2 weeks to set up an appointment. Can this be the 5mm of slightly damaged cartiladge? Im praying its not...
