is it possible to take to much?

I am taking a pre-work along with some creatine. then after a workout a protien shack along with a omega complex pill and some more creatine. Also taking a heart burn pill. Probaly stupid ? but i fill like i might be trying to do to much at once. Is it possible to be taking to much?
 
No bro not at all to much, sounds fine to me, and the heart burn pill im assuming ur talking about something like TUMS which isnt stupid at all alot of guys take tums prework

so they dont burn out as fast from lactic acid buildup, ive tryed it and have no idea if it worked realy or if i just had a good workout that day so maybe theirs something to it

Wow.. So the TUMS help the blood flow throw your body for a better pump !!! If I'm right !!! If so will have to try thiS out !!!
 
Less can be more, my friend. Your fine at what your doing, but do keep in mind that your body will only process/absorber so much in certain time. I can only imagine how much supps I wasted and food, by over doing things.
Just keep it simple, don't complex things and you'll be ok.
Just keep a decide time gab between supp intakes. Or you'll just be feeding the fish your hard earned money!

This is what I was thinking too. There has to be a limit to what can be absorbed at one time. Also, make sure none of the things cancel each other out or multiply the affects of each other in a bad way.
 
Man, you're good, I take 3grams of creatine preworkout and 3 postworkout and I'm a smaller guy. It's just something I've always done. I mix the pre in with my preworkout shake and then put the creatine in my protein shake afterwards so you're basically doing the same thing I am so you'll be fine or we'll both die together lol
