I worked out did 30 mins of cardio, got a job back at the hospital so I was on phone for about a half hour than took these

I dont know if its a difference or not but I said I would take some after I worked out so there you have it
 
your traps and neck are thick as hell, just wondering if you do anything for your neck, such as neck curls

Thanks bro, no I dont do anything for my neck and my traps get even bigger I think from how my posture is... its weird but they always come in nice, on shoulder day I actually see the seperation in the trap going mediolaterally (like from my nike towards my shoulder)

Im 196 here btw
 
Continue to get leaner...You look good, but the leaner you get. The better you will look overall. I have stayed pretty lean all this year, and now its paying off, as im growing getting bigger. I think you will be able to improve at a faster rate, if you get lean, and stay pretty lean. You prob, will feel like your going backwards, at first, but you will see gains in the long run...

Thanks bro, thats kind of what im doing, as I was at 204 about a month ago or so now im at 196 today, im not dieting really but im also not force feeding and the fat has been steadily coming off. BC my injury my fat got too high tho so I had a shitty starting point, but I feel like maybe another month or so I will be another 1% down atleast (hopefully)

are you ever gonna jump on a game plan with training or diet?

you would see more progress.

Yeah I know id see more progress, I dont think I can ever be 100% commited to a strict diet but im eating ok now. If I had stomach pix of 2 months ago you would be very surprised of the progress there, I know I am.

Good advice, I rarely step on the scale twice in the same week
