My first insulin inject/experience yesterday

Well i did bi's and tris had a great workout took in vpx power shock aminos during workout, immediatley after workout i injected 3iu Humulin R sq. i did a shake with 60g carbs ON's serious mass with 50 grams protein on's gold std mixed. I drank a serving or gatorade with about an oz of cashews. this was all in a 5-10min window in locker room. This was about 645pm. I felt normal, went home ate 8oz chicken, a cup of cream o wheat at 8:00pm. i sat down to watch tv and about 15 min i felt dizzy, heartrate up and light headed. so i drank gatorade , ate 2 small packs gummy bears and felt back to normal. i drank a protein shake about 11 and soon after went to feeling hypo again. Once again i did candy with gatorade and a few min felt fine. I slept good. Im not sure if i need to up my carbs post workout or if needed to in my hour after meal i think the post was ok but may 2 servings instead one of the cream wheat today on the hour after and drink a bottle of gatorade with that. i try to avoid too much sugar before this but seems like ill have to take in a good amount for few hours even after the inject until its out.
 
let us know how the progress goes, this is something id never really mess with personally bc the possibilities of the negative aspects outweigh the pros for me
 
You need to get those carbs up man. I would eat no less than 100 carbs after hittn insulin. Just to be safe, when I start mine I'll prob be eatn more like 125 to 150 carbs. Gotta be careful bro....

This was exactly my experience every time I used insulin. I started low and by the time I hit 8-10iu it was just too much to deal with anymore. Too unpredictable despite my best attempts of "calculating" everything.
 
this afternoon when i hit my quads ill try to up them post, and up them hard in the hour after meal. i'll let you guys know how it does
 
insulin will make you huge or fat...lol !!! no really, if you eat half way clean hgh/slin will get you huge...throw in some test, and tren...and BOOM !!! your HUGE !!! in no time flat...thats the plan I will put Zeus and myself on ...
 
i used hgh last year for 6 mos, im not currently. but i thre in tren andanadrol today along with insulin and test400 1200mg a week. I eat very strict and pre planned so if i get fat it just is meant to be LOL

So last yeasyerday i bumped it up to 4iu post workout, took in 120 grams carbs in shake, 50 grams protein, serving gatorade immediatly after inject at gym appx 6:45. one hour later appx 8:00, i ate two sweet potatoes, 8 oz chicken, with serving gatorade. i carried the rest of gatorade to my chair i new what prob was going to happen. well i felt great. . then about 930 felt kinda hungry, lightheaded, got shaky i started drinking the gatorade ate about 5 starburst and was sweating bullets. . in about 2 min it went away and form then on i was fine. it's funny how fast it happens! anyway im going to just start taking in a little sugar about an hour 15 min past the hour meal today to see if prevents the hypo. at least it was once this time instead twice like the first time. i'll bump to 5iu today.
 
only use the bigger doses with the bigger muscles. 4iu for arms and 7iu or a little more for legs and such. Use pepsi/coke if you dont have pure dextrose powder. The liquid is faster than starburst and such

i didnt go hypo at all sunday with 5iu's i think ive figured out how to time it right. i havent gained any fat "yet" i feel full tight and lean.. i threw in anadrol 100mgs daily one am one pm, tren hex 300mg week, test blend 800 mg a week. my diet it very clean and upped carbs. going to use insulin onyl post workout and keep seeing how i do. probably three to four more weeks.
 
Glad to hear that you've figured this stuff out man, I know I've said it before, but I'll say it again, you have more balls than me to try this out
