Dude had a hip replacement in and fractured around the femoral prosthesis. Had to use a giant plate down the lateral side of the femur and use cerclage cables around the bone to hold it all together because with the prosthesis in the canal you cant use screws. So you can see all the cables hanging down before they were cut finally tightened. Big ass incision

haha nice, I had a spine doctor that I argued with, and was the only one that would actually talk back to him, so he spritzed me with spinal blood, I never wanted to jump over a patient so badly to kick the shit out of that guy. That stuff is boring but the kind of cases where I say to myself im getting paid to just stand here right now lol I needa get back in there!

he was mad bc I made him look like an idiot, the patient at one point was lateral and I had the c-arm pointing up, so he said go lateral, and I said I am, he said go lateral louder and I got louder and sternly said I am, than I said if I move the c-arm it will be AP and evryone looked at him like he was retarded and he didnt like that, later in the case they lowered the pt prone and thats when he did that bs
Why some are dicks like that is beyond me. Maybe its a neuro thing. Or maybe he was too stupid to realize how his patient was positioned.... Ours can be the same way.

yeah he would have the radio on but way too loud and he mumbles so that was a bitch too, hes a pain in the ass, most the docs here have been spoon fed and never got in a fight in there life and thats why they are assholes, and not humble. 1 ortho guy used to be a car mechanic and I heard he is cool as shit, listens to metal on his cases and shit, I seen him but never worked with him
