Are you talking the Eastern USA's? I was thinking of doing that show next year. Interested to hear your experiences.

Good to hear bro, I just started back as well since my last epidural last Friday actualy helped a little, so ive been back in the gym for 2 workouts, and felt great the second workout,

So take your time or you will set yourself back like i did! I tryed going back a couple months ago and hurt myself pretty bad again, so i waited a little longer and now im back! Medium weight with high reps til failure on every set is what i do or until i start feeling my neck stressing a little then i back off!

So good luck with ur recovery brutha!

Nice Quads Ed.

He has massive potential, and he is very young to boot! On top of that those pics i think he said he has been totaly cleaned out and when he is ready those receptors are going to soak up that creatine, glutamin and protein!

How old are you Ed? Yup if he is cleaned out he will respond very well, looking forward to watching his progress! Looking great Ed!

We sponsored him 2 years ago and he was still in the teen division i believe, but not sure his exact age

Thanks press but its just real hard, you would know of all people but atleast I will be fixed. Glad to hear your back in the gym and thats what I was doing for a year with no squats, deadlifts or bent over rows. It was horrible expecially being an ex college football player and BBing then going to feeling like im 50 yrs old not being able to do those lifts that were 2nd nature to me. But to answer your ? Jenn I am 21 yrs old now. I had a arthroscopic discectomy done 3 weeks ago. Doctor told me I will be able to get back in the gym full tilt in 6 weeks but the hardest part is resting for the full 6 weeks even if you feel 100%. Its good in a way so I can give my body a nice long rest which this will be the longest ive been out of the gym since I started 6 years ago. Thank you for the quad complement Jenn

21 yrs old!!!! Lol dam. Rest up Brutha

Wow that is young! I know it's hard to take the rest but just think how well your body will respond once you get back to it. I had to have my rotator cuff repaired 2 years ago and taking the time off sucked but once you are back in the gym for a few weeks you will bounce right back. Such potential you have and being so young that is just awesome!

Wow bro, 6 weeks is a long ass time to sit out, but like you've said it'll be for the best. When I was down and out for a while, Pumping Iron became my go to video when I wanted to fill the void of not hitting the gym

It has been 8 weeks since this past Tuesday since my surgery. So far it has been good and my body is still adjusting to the gym which is really weird for me. Started back in the gym very light just trying to get the blood flowing about 2 weeks ago. I was very tight and had joint pain the first week but now I am fine. The first week I pretty much did a full body workout 3x a week then the following week I started focusing back on 1 to 2 muscle groups. So now im back on track with the gym and my diet and it feels great.

So it's been 6 weeks in the gym and offseason dieting. Everything has been great so far pretty much gained everything back and some more. Weighing 226 right now and have till the end of aug. to add some more size on. Diet is going good had to add a couple cheat meals a week since I started to cut down to far out from the show. Legs are nice and full as well as adding some nice size to my hamstrings. Splitting my legs up has been a great benefit in adding size to my hamstrings. Main concern is my back, that's lacking compared to the rest of my body. Not being able to deadlift and do free weight barbell rows really sucks since that's a main key in adding thickness but hammer strength equipment is a great way to substitute those movements. Just ready to get back on stage and do my thing. Will be updating more soon
