Has anyone tried these? There's a lot of hype, but they seem like a solid product. I only use whey protein in my after workout shakes and I do 3 scoops - like 80g of protein.
I eat 3 lbs of chicken through out the day as well as 4 whole eggs and 8 oz of turkey sausage. It's just getting hard to get all the food in and sometimes a little less meat and a couple table spoons of this would be nice.
I like the idea of carrying an extra bottle in my cooler and just slugging down a couple tablespoons of this when my stomach is feeling not so great.
I'd like to hear if any of you have tried these. I'll also give my opinion of them. I don't expect the miracles that some claim, but I have high hopes given my diet and circumstances a small change will be very noticeable
